Part 2‼️ Standing Exercises!
Meniscus tears do not always need surgery ☝🏽
Especially if they don’t happen from a specific injury which is known as a degenerative meniscus tear. These can be common with osteoarthritis 👀
But building strength, improving balance and stability can be such an effective way to reduce pain and improve ease of doing activities ✅
The meniscus can actually heal itself!
The most important thing is finding movements that don’t increase pain ✅

Once you can tolerate standing, start with a few repetitions of each of these, 1-3 times per day as long as they feel good.
