So I do have tight hamstrings but when I go to do these exercises they want to cramp/charlie up. I do take magnesium, every day. Thoughts?

Muscular weakness can be one of the causes of cramping, especially in the hamstrings. There are many different ways to strengthen the hamstrings and these are just suggestions.

Hey, I like ur vedios, but I haven't seen anything about scoliosis. Do u have any strengthen exercises for this. Or hand and finger arthritis. If u do that would help. Thank you for what u do.

This is good advice 😊 I will do this Also is it ok to stand on one leg ( to practise balance) if I’m also suffering from knee arthritis ?

Will this help for not getting a knee surgery, or replacement?
@arthritisadventure
@arthritisadventure 4 сағат бұрын
potentially- surgery isn't inevitable for everyone and exercise can be a great place to start for most in regards to pain relief

@arthritisadventure
@arthritisadventure 4 сағат бұрын
please note conservative efforts are not 100% effective for everyone and a lot of different variables contribute to pain including: how long you've been in pain, how you're moving, muscle strength, diet, sleep, other health conditions etc. Sometimes surgery is warranted if symptoms don't improve but it is a big decision that requires weighing pros and cons and if you are ready.

I have problems doing calf raises. Haven't been able to stand on tip toes for years. What's a good exercise for that? Ankles are very weak. Love your exercises!!
@arthritisadventure
@arthritisadventure 6 сағат бұрын
A seated calf raise could be an alternate option to the standing calf raise as it doesn’t require lifting full bodyweight.

I am so happy I found your channel! I find your advice so helpful and indeed, even life-changing for me! I have issues much like the two ladies in the beginning of your video, and it causes me to be afraid to get down into my tub. It seems like I just don't know how to properly lower myself into the tub without hurting my knees. I can probably get up, but getting down seems impossible. I long to have regular baths again. Can you suggest any movements I can try to help lower myself down into the tub? I would so appreciate any help at all. I just don't even remember how to do it anymore!

Curious about your membership. Although I work out about 30 minutes a day, 5 or 6 days a week, I'm finding that at almost 68 years old, I am losing strength, despite lifting weights. Am I doing the wrong exercises, not pushing myself hard enough? Stairs are hard for me, walking up inclines or hills is hard. Getting up off the floor used to be a breeze; not so anymore. What's going on? I do have bone on bone arthritis in my ankle, which isn't helping.
@arthritisadventure
@arthritisadventure 17 сағат бұрын
It could be a mixture of things- you may need to mix up the exercises, they may not be challenging enough or may not be challenging the right muscles. The membership can help to get you on track!
