She’s made a career out of all the things a vocal coach would tell you not to do. Fries, screams, cracks. She has so much control it’s insane.

Sia kind of breaks the rules of singing technique and makes it work for her. She has the best voice cracks.

Sia is one of the few vocalists of the last decade that is consistently moving. There are so many great technicians today, but I feel nothing when I listen to them. Sia is magnificent though, and she doesn't sound like anyone else (to my knowledge).

I'm a rock guy that listens to everything and Sia is EASILY one of my fav female pop singers. She's so unique and just nails everything!!

Sia is a queen

Her singing Chandelier live always impresses me the most. Her vocal delivery meshes so well with the lyrical content. The way she sings it always sounds like she's barely holding herself together and is right on the edge of just breaking down completely. I know it's a conscious choice on her part and that's what makes it so impressive to me. Really feel that one.

I think you nailed why Sia is so well-loved. She does a fantastic job of communicating raw emotion. Connecting with the listener comes before technique IMO.

Sia is just herself. That's it. No one is like her, what makes her unique. Besides, she produces a number of hits for many top singers, and movies soundtracks. Pure talent.

I love her songs and how she sings, I think she's the one who breaks the rules of singing by singing from her heart and her songs are so deeply meaningful even you sometimes don't understand what she sings but it looks good on her !

She’s my favorite pop singer. Her music makes me feel all sorts of emotions. She’s amazing.

Not only an incredible vocalist but such a great song writer . There aren't to many modern artists that she hasn't written for. She's a South Australian and went to school with another great Aussie act the Hill top Hoods who are Aussie hip hop royalty , did a song together after meeting up as kids at the bus stop.

Sia is tough to vocal coach. She sings at an impact level of probably much less than 1% of 1% of the world's population can. She brings tears to people's eyes with her power and tone.

Those who excel and succeed at unadvised techniques- makes me like them even more.
