Is it possible to buy replacement back pad and seat pads for the Leap v2?

Any chance you could make a video on removing the back pad for the NEW Gesture chairs. I actually found instructions meant for dealers on a dealer website, but the newer Gestures are built differently, so grabbing the top of the cushion and pulling up no longer works (or maybe it does but I'm afraid of damaging the clips if I pull any harder.) The cushion now drapes over the top and down the back, attaching to the metal frame. I bought a lumbar support piece but the way it's now designed you HAVE to remove the cushion. It's shaped like a giant "T" and the long end inserts way up into the cushion through a 2-3" wide opening. I tried to fish a hook around one of the rubber cords at the bottom, to release the cushion, but there's just not enough room to snag it.

is there a way to stuff more cushioning to inside the backrest? Like are there actual legit 3rd party cushionings taht we can stuff into the backrest?

Does this go for the Leap V1 too ?

I just went through to hell and back after the J-channel at the bottom part fell off. It is extremely difficult to slot it back in without the help of an extra person. You don't need to remove the top part to reattach the J-channel at the bottom. However, you will need the help of another person to keep the pressure at the bottom so you can slot back the J-channel thing.

yeah this doesn't work as demonstrated. Turn the chair fully over and insert it into the channel. Trying to do this with the chair upright is unnecessarily complicated.
