Ingredients Used :-
1 Snake Gourd (peeled & cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
3 Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies & Coriander Paste
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
1 cup Peanuts (roasted)
1 cup Split Bengal Gram (roasted)
¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Sugar
Juice of ½ a Lemon
Rice Flour (for coating)
Oil (for shallow frying)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Green Chilli (chopped)
¼ tsp Asafoetida
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Warm Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
