The Ology has been hands down the best addition to our homeschool morning time. My kids loved as did I. I also shed many tears over truths that I hadn’t applied. Cant recommend it enough!

The MFW Bible Reader is part of the 1st grade package from them. It’s basically how they build upon reading skills learned from Kindergarten and begin working on writing skills. The first half of the year you or they read, you form a sentence together that they copy into their notebook, and then illustrate. Towards the middle of the year they move towards reading it all themselves and forming their own short summaries that you correct and then they copy into the notebook. It creates a sweet memento, as they go through a survey of the Bible. Three of my four kids have done this (my fourth will), and it’s probably my favorite piece of all the MFW curriculum we have used (we use them for k-2nd).

We are going through the Answers books too and I love them! We are using Indescribable at night and we love that one as well. Guess one of these days I’ll have to buy The Ology since everyone seems to love it so much! I also want to start reading some of the YWAM series. I have some on my shelf just haven’t started yet.

We just finished both the Answers for Kids and also One Blood for Kids. Both were so very good! I have The Ology and 24 Family Ways on the shelf and hope to do those this year. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these great resources. We’ve also really enjoyed the More Than Words curriculum put out by Master Books as well as some Not Consumed studies.

That is great! I’m glad you loved them! I have loved the Not Consumed studies as well. I need more though!
