Workout Split For Muscle Growth | How To Increase Biceps Size Fast
Hey guys I hope you all are doing well..

My Workout Split
Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 2 Pull (Biceps Focused)
1. Rev lat Pull Down
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
2. Seated Cable row
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
3. Rev pec fly
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
4. Rope Face pull
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
5. Single arm dumbbell preacher curl
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
6. Biceps Hammer curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
7. Rev bicep curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
8. Single arm bicep curls
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
9. Wide grip upright row and shrugs combo
(15 reps each and 4 sets)

Bhai ik it's lot but Mai Jo krta hu wo maine btaya and it helped me alot and pichli vdo me maine ye bhi bola ki don't follow this if you're a beginner and diet acchi rkhna and if you want to reduce your can remove some exercises
