Let's be honest, most of those who are in E2 now don't care about videogames. They're only interested in trading Tiles and making a quick buck. And the few who think it will be a real game, well, that's their fault too. If it's not E2, they would spend their money on magic stones or d/*ck growth pills.

To be honest, I don't doubt this is 'in-game footage'. Nothing here looks even remotely ground-breaking. Using height map data along with procedural generation is nothing new. The new microsoft flight sim doesn't actually use that much ground-breaking tech (minus maybe the weather simulation) that a small dev team couldn't implement (albeit without the graphical fidelity). The scam part is not the earth rendering, it's the 'Ready Player One' aspect to it.

I work for the Healthcare industry as a Surgical Tech, the only thing I have seen that is remotely the price it should be has been some of the specialized surgeries we do (I work for a trauma 1 hospital) and our burn ward. The reason, lets say for our Neurological surgeon, we have only 2 Nuero surgeons, they are rare AF, and likely out of the surgeons that do shadowing, out of 5 classes of 20, MAYBE 1 will go on to be a Neuro Surgeon, and we have the share them, as we are in a metropolitan area, with a Hospital to our North. Cardiac surgeons, I hate to say it, they are a dime a dozen, Ortho, a buck will het you a hundred, anesthesiologists, are quite a bit rarer, but when even the slightest miscalculation ends with a license revocation, all because the patient decides they would eat pasta in the morning, and didn't bother telling anyone, EVEN WHEN DIRECTLY ASKED "HAVE YOU EATEN WITHIN THE PAST 24 HOURS" I don't blame people for avoiding anesthesiology like the plague.

My gallbladder went out on me at 19 and I spent 6 months going to different doctors and just having them tell me to go gluten free instead of actually try to test for the issue. Now recently I've been sick since December and have just been written off as a false negative covid patient. Spend a month trying to get in to a doctor to have them walk in the room and charge an arm and a leg just to tell me I'm putting them at risk and shouldn't be there.

Also seems to be a little greedy because I'm sorry if there's something you only invested $4500 and made over $600,000 and you don't pull the majority of that out the you have to be greedy and a little foolish. Even pulling half of it would be a total amazing ROI and he still would have $300k in game to invest which is still prob way more then others. I have doubts he could even be able to get that much out which if everything was on the up and up he should totally be able too.
