Rich piana may have abused drugs and that's why some people don't like him, but he spoke the truth. He wasn't afraid to say what others are saying. You people who don't like him just because he took steroids to another level don't understand how much he loved bodybuilding and helping others. For me his advice has helped a lot. His supplements are amazing. Don't judge a book by their cover and rich was a humble dude. I'm still so sad that he is gone. He will always be remembered!!! GODDAMNIT!!!!!!

Rich is one of my idols simply because he was so driven and positive! Rest easy big man!

He was such an amazing human being. sharing thoughts without asking for a penny. I have learned so much about lifting weights and nutrition by only following this guy and experimenting for myself. I saw the results and I am forever grateful to this man who really motivated me and still does. One thing I knwo for sure is this man in my mind is an absolute great human being. you know why i respected Rich so much? even though he was fking crazy but he was crazy for himself to get better and he never lied or tricked people to buy his products or told them to follow his ways. He's one of the very first bodybuilders who called out whey protein companies and admitted that he was never natural. The bodybuilding world really misses him
