Biggest red flag?! She’s a single mother in the first place. And though. h she’s not doing anything wrong, she will never make you a priority in her life. You are there to, to provide, protect, parent (don’t kid yourself. They are all looking for a father). If you’re ready for steeply diminished romance, extra duties, and constant interruptions, then you’re ready for a single mother.

Yes this makes sense....but women with children usually put their kids first anyway. I personally, as a single man with no kids, wouldn't want to date single women because usually those women aren't looking for love their usually looking for help. In a relationship you as the man should he a priority, I'm not trying to date a woman and not be number 1 in her life and already take a back seat.

I used to date a very pretty girl and she was lovely to me, but she had a 5 yo girl that she always put last. It was a big turn off. Once i met and saw that she treated her parents badly too. I had to to step away. It was very tough, but am such a happier person for holding my standards. But lets be honest, as soon as i became old. She would treat me just like she does her parents. I saw the signs and was lucky and strong enough to do go the other way. Have standards fellas and people will respect you.

Well. Yes, when you’re dating, your children should be your first concern. But I think it’s different when you’re actually married. I put my husband first, because the Bible says so. It’s hard. But your children are 2nd to your HUSBAND. Vise versa as well.

I raised my kids and never allowed a man stay at my house or live in situations when I got divorced. Age 2 and 8 month baby. They are 23 and 25 today and to this day. I don’t believe in living together unmarried or having a revolving door of boyfriends and mini relationships and subject my kids too that level of confusion and desperation to even behave that way. I’ll date to get to know someone but there’s a number of things I ask and seek during that process and if it’s not there I move on. If you know what your looking for why waste time and life on pretty toys of no value when you want much more.

Well, this is also why I am pretty sure single moms are for single dads. A person without children has a different life and different priorities. A man who already have kids will see through behavior like that in a second. Plus, you have the added bonus of understanding. A man who already has kids will never question why you put your kids first every time. He just knows. And sees it as something positive and good.
