Welcome to Bijou’s Be Well Series - Day 11!
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are embarking on a 21 Day Zentangle Journey with our dear friend Bijou. During this challenge, we will delve into one tangle on one 3Z tile each day.
We invite you to find 15-20 minutes each day to tangle along with us, Bijou, and the Zentangle Community, allowing your pen to soothe your soul.

This is a beautiful tangle. Loved it just wish the demonstration was a bit longer. I was just getting the feel of it and it jumped to the end. Living in England we do not have access to your 3Z triangles so my lovely hubby has made some for me. I am loving this series. After my initial hic cup I am really appreciating the serenity- I do like the slightly longer ones though. Gives me more time to absorb them and relax. I never draw it first time around. Thank you all so much.

I struggle to keep up and as a result instead of feeling calm I feel stressed, and this is not the purpose of participating.I watch over and over again, but still feel the same.

Keep up? With the series or just this tangle? I’m on Day 7 so I’m behind you if you got to day 11. Also, I stop the video at various points and do what I saw. I do it first in my tangle book and then on the tile. That way I’m not afraid of messing up.
