I used the GoPro HERO 9 Black's TimeWarp 3.0 feature to capture a recent bike ride in Kent Island, Maryland. The South Island Trail is approximately 6 miles long and spans north to south from Marine Academy Drive to the Romancoke Pier. The trail is entirely paved.
I started my ride at a parking lot off Marine Academy Drive. I got to the trailhead around mid-day and had no issues with parking - the parking lot is spacious/has a lot of spots. From the trailhead, the trail runs south and then curves to the east where it eventually ends at the Romancoke Pier.
Out and back this trail comes out to around 12 miles. As I mentioned in my Cross Island Trail video, you can technically ride the Cross Island Trail and South Island Trail in one shot, but that involves ~1.5 miles of road riding (with traffic) that I didn't want to tackle (I did the Cross Island Trail and then drove to the South Island Trail).
