Another great one Brother Billy - thanks mate! Looked bloody freezing when you started at the first mark with that snow falling - I was shivering in me chair at home! Hi Billy not a bad fish there mate, you certainly put a lot of effort into landing him so well deserved!. Some days we bring home almost as much discarded line than we do our own new gear, it's maddening. Fish on!! And thanks for sharing the day on here. Ps, Here's a top tip: Next times it rains, fish under a bridge. The fish gather there to keep out of the wet. 😁😁😉

Hi Paul, 3/0 hooks are for flatties in Norway, not halibut 😂. Go one summer, and even with just a medium spinning rod you will have the time of your life. Fish on Paul👍😁

Nice one brother Billy. I don't like bum hole leaving line on ground either. It's a pity they don't trip over in the dark on some one else,s line may make them think twice about leaving it next time. You sure do have a fantastic garden to fish in. Many thanks Steve

We have a similar crazy tide in the Humber estuary.Sometimes the tide is still coming in on the surface but going out underneath!..All my years fishing I have only caught Cigars (really small Ling) from Filey Brigg.. That day everyone was catching them.Never heard or seen it happen again..Great vids Billy

Billy,do you never get concerned using heavy braid ,hundred lb leaders result,big knots,we can hear them going through the tip ring ,do they never burst the ceramic inserts? Just curious 😉👍👍btw ,another great video, happy new year 👍boom

Hi Billy, I never get wind Knots, what you are hearing , is one leader knot and 35lb line at high speed going through the guides. I have a gadget for putting the line on,that eliminates wind Knots, fish on Brother 👍😊

Hi ak. You don't need a licence to fish in the sea with rods in Norway. Live bait is prohibited in Norway. Have a great time in Norway, I know you will enjoy it
