Ingredients:
1/2c millet or dawa (Hulled Millet) + 3/4c water
1c rice flour
2/3c light brown sugar or white sugar
1/2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 & 1/2c coconut milk, warm
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4c grated fresh coconut or desiccated coconut
180℃ for 30~33 minutes

how big is the bibingka moulds? and is it 3/4 cup scoop on these moulds? thank you for sharing this recipe

Mam, buo po ba ang millet na ginamit? Im wondering kasi if need pa kunin ang husk niyan e masyadong maliit na kasi ang butil. Yong galing palengke yon po ba ang ginagamit? Inosenti po talaga ako pero mas interested kasi ako maggawa niya. Salamat po sa pgsagot
