This was a Year ago but the last comment was 2 months ago, sooooooooooo..... Songbird cannot handle Higher Pressures, after all Infinite takes place in the sky, which is naturally quite low pressure, if you spend enough time in 4-7 foot deep water even you can begin to feel the pressure, and with him being transported all the way down to Rapture, that's gotta be hundreds or maybe even thousands of pounds of pressure of not more bearing down on a being that just isn't made for it, even earlier on it got damaged just by dropping in, it's not nearly as deep but with it's sheer size it's bound to still have gotten a massive amount of pressure on it's body.
