BLACK CURRANT MUFFINS | easy tasty recipe

In this video, you will learn an easy recipe for delicious black currant muffins. The recipe is universal and you can add any of your favorite berries. Berries can be used fresh or frozen.
INGREDIENTS:
440g flour
300g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
150ml milk
150ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
300g black currant
COOKING METHOD:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. In another bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs.
3. Mix dry ingredients with liquid.
4. Add black currant.
5. Put the dough in muffin molds and bake at 350F / 180C for 35 minutes.

Why say 1/2 tsp of salt and add a whole heaped teaspoon of it? Also, I've just looked up the quantity of baking powder in those sachets (which looks like Dr Oetker) and it's one teaspoon per sachet, much less than two table spoons.

@@joylane5560 The point is not whether I have a better recipe, it's which recipe do we follow. Is it the recipe in the text description or the recipe that the person in the video is using? I imagine the difference between 1/2 tsp and a whole heaped tsp of salt could be that between nicely seasoned and unbearably salty, and that between one tsp or two tbsp of baking powder to be that between a soggy stodge and a nice fluffy muffin. I'm just asking for some consistency.
