Chico Xavier and other highly spirituality evolved human beings would never get mad if they were told that the first Greeks were swarthy/dark skinned. This is not a problem for person who discovered themselves

UNHCR refers thousands of refugees to a number of countries that have resettlement programs. Canada is a world leader in refugee resettlement, ranking first among 26 countries in 2019 in the resettlement of refugees. Can a Canadian model be implemented in AFRICA for AFRICAN DIASPORA?
