I noted in all the car scenes they were wearing their seatbelts this time (Rosė got hassled big time last time she was in a car in the "Kill This Love" MV as did not have seatbelt on). I feel this song is in a lot of ways also saying bye to the old Blackpink and here is the new Blackpink.... Yes the whole album has dropped now too.

Yes, they dropped a whole album, and they didn't pay homage to others, they paid homage to themselves! There were so many references that BLINKS caught onto, to their past outfits/scenes in the MVs etc. They don't need to pay homage to others, they're freakin' BP, the most followed musical act on ALL of youtube.

The visual of this MV has a lot of elements from their previous songs in case you haven't caught that, but modified or changed. Kinda cool to see. Honestly a little bit surprised by the violin, it feels like classical song but mixed with modern which is something I like a lot. For me I like this more than pink venom.
