On one of Arizona's many highways - sometimes in a sea of cars - you may have noticed one vehicle missing: a trooper's car. That's as the Department of Public Safety (DPS), the agency in charge of Arizona's highways, says it's facing its worst staffing crisis ever. On the days and nights when staffing is more strained, DPS has had to rely on other law enforcement agencies to serve Arizona as emergencies pop up.

END THE POLYGRAPH. I applied for a non-sworn position at DPS, and their polygrapher, Dan Caputo, came to the conclusion that I've done multiple drugs, committed several crimes against people, AND was trying to "manipulate my physiology" to try and cheat on the exam. All this despite the fact that I graduated from college six months before taking this polygraph, and had passed an FBI polygraph previously.

Sounds like what my cousin went through with his CBP polygraph. My cousin was raised Christian and a super good kid. Never in trouble, no drugs, didn't drink before 21 etc. The polygraph person went off on him telling him he's delusional and really believes he's never done any wrong in his life. My cousin was so blown away by how he was treated that he immediately walked out and was super upset. He couldn't believe that he was a good person and the guy just couldn't believe that a good person like him existed. Total bullshit

My son's polygraph tester told him part way into the test that he didn't like him and was going to fail him because he thought my son was a liar. THANKS to him my son now is an RN making 1/2 again more money, not getting shot at and does not have to be belittled in court by judges.

Most people in both cabinets have no experience because of how volatile voting is. The vast majority of drivers keep within the traffic laws but still cram on their brakes when they see a cop, or refuse to pass them even if they are driving under the speed limit. It's disruptive and less safe for the vast majority of drivers.
