Thank you for this great instructional video. I learnt a lot. But! Does this only work in a straight line? I have a circular track, and the wheels do not follow the track, they remain in the same plain (direction). Have I missed something?

No you haven't. There're additional steps needed to the wheels follow a track. I'm planning a particular video that describes this technique for all vehicles, this year.

At minute 5:32, wherever I try to parent the arm with the empty the already existed parent wheel+empty is replaced and gone. do you know why is that? Thanks

Hi. Are you sure you've selected both objects in the right order? You've to select the Arm first and then add the arm_empty to the selection by holding the shift key. The arm_empty have to be the active object.

I had the animation rig set to follow a curve and the rotation is all over the place, when it gets to a curve it rotates but it rotates in different axis, is there a fix for it? I've already used the limit rotation.

I don't know your extact scene, but you can parent all your animated objects to an empty and let just the empty follow the curve.

I had this problem as well, I found it worked for me if I used the 'copy rotation' constraint instead of the 'child of' constraint for wheel control. Hope that helps
