this track holds a special place in me. i was studying in india itself and was lost in the daily routine of running after time.. on that day as i set out early to begin my day, im walking down the streets, to grab a rickshaw, and the track just kicked in. my attention switched from the outside to my heart centre as i walked. i felt alive from within. i looked up the sky, saw the grey sky, but behind it was the magnificent sun still shining. it couldnt be hidden for long. as i waited for a rickshaw, i found silence in this chaotic traffic. thank you sir

I was feeling so down with the problems of aging that this music totally took me traveling. It’s released tears of joy and I am playing it again. This and om purnam are my favorites meanwhile. This song reminds me very much of a movie I can't remember the name of that I saw when I was a kid and had this style of music in the background - it was a movie with no spoken words - just this kind of ambient deep style of music and the movie was about filming (I think) new york city in fast motion - describing the chaos of being in a big and fast pace city - the amount of exchange of people from place to place was simply insane - in diners, on the street, supermarkets, I can't remember all of the places that were shot during the film. I think the film was trying to capture the theme that a lot of people are such in a hurry in the western world - and when your always in a hurry, it can screw your life and it's hard to be at peace with yourself and life. Hi Kip, I noticed your presence in Sri Ma's Satsang one night and the same day bumped into your music here in KZfaq, wonderful little serendipity. One afternoon I was planning to clean my room and put on your album "piano ambience", I thought I'd use it as background but I almost immediately went into a euphoric thoughtless state and my body stopped moving for an hour.
