Soak the onion in water for 10-15 minutes.
Rye flour 100-150 grams for sprinkling onions.
2 eggs.
Almond flour 150 grams, Parmesan cheese 70 grams.
1 teaspoon dried ginger, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon dried basil.
Dip the onion in this mixture.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
