Raisin/Sultana Cake 葡萄干蛋糕

Ingredients:
250g butter （牛油）
150g (2/3 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
4 large eggs（鸡蛋）
1 tbsp golden syrup （金黄糖浆）
200g (1 2/3 cups) plain flour (普通面粉）
1 tbsp mIlk powder （奶粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉）
250g (2 cups) Raisins or Sultanas（葡萄干）
60g (1/2 cup) high proteine flour （高筋面粉）
Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes
以160°C烤45分钟

Hi Ms Katherine, i am using the same oven as urs. May I know do u set both up and down temp at 160c? Because I feel my oven temperature is not so accurate.. the top turn brown after 20min bake. Hope you don't mind to share with me your experiences with this oven. Thanks!

I don’t think u can substitute with oil, because beating butter is very important in pound cake. U can substitute oil in other method like doing sponge cake.
