Tom, When you do your test on the 200L could you please do me a big favor and test the 48V outlet? There is nothing out there yet. Also would you please compare the noise the unit makes vs how loud the 200MAX is? I've been told that it may not be a true 48V... I currently have a 200MAX and with my hearing it bugs me too much when I use to camp and run my 12v items. What I'm trying to figure out, while the price is reduced, is if one can buy an AFTERMARKET connector and a 48V to 12V DC to DC Step Down Converter and use it for all my 12V needs. I've posted this on the Bluetti group and NO really knows. Other than I was told it may not be a true 48V.) Thanks for all you do and for your time in this matter. Sincerely, Tony

The price of their expansion batteries makes absolutely zero sense. Why on earth would you buy a 2kW expansion battery for £1k when you can get an AC200p with the same battery but gives you the redudancy of a whole second system for £100 more? It's bananas.

They also charge $2000 for 3000 w/hrs and $1000 for 2000 w/hrs. Why wouldn't I just buy 2 of the 2000 w/hrs for the same price of $2000 while getting an extra 100 watt hours for my money?

Almost bought an AC200 Max and B200 the other day. After thinking about it more, last night I ordered an AC300 & 2 B300 & free PV380 solar panel for $3999. I plan on building out a 16 foot enclosed utility trailer to live in permanently on the road when I retire. I want able to run an airconditioner, refrigerator & small freezer. I plan on putting about 800 - 1000 Watts of solar on the roof of the trailer.

Yeah I got the AC200Max. So far no regrets, works as advertised. Its just real heavy at 60LBS. I wish the AC180 had the 30 amp RV outlet. The AC180 is only 32 lbs I believe and is easier to move around for older people.

Was waiting for this sale and settled on the 200max with panels, when 'wham' the 200L came out. One thing that stood out between the two was the higher grid charging wattage/lower charge times for the "L". As the plan is to use it for camping and the only alternative available during poor solar days is a gas genny, it made sense. Decided on the "L" and hopefully the few features lost from the 'max' is offset by the faster charging. Still looking forward to the HT review to see what I missed.

HOBO, on the AC180 cost per, it appears you based the 36 cents on the 1800 watt output. I believe these box per cost are usually based on watt hours. That makes the 180 about 56 cents per WH. That said, good review as always.

I was ready to take the plunge a few days ago and order the AC180, but I am seeing so many horrible reviews of their nonexistent support that I am still holding off on ordering one. I also waited for the AC200L but having 2 of the AC180 s was a cheaper and more efficient setup for me. I added 2 50 AH batteries, in series (24 volts) and can now have a portable setup at two locations if needed (weigh approx. 35 lbs each vs over 50). I also did not like the proprietary cables, upgraded cable costs. For about the same price, I now have over 2300 Wh + another 1280 with the batteries, each takes in 500 watts PV, 8 outlets combined.

bought using your discount code and they will not do warranty work after it broke (four cycles of battery)...evading me once I give them the info...even paid for a return shipping box. help? BBB seems to have a lot of complaints from Bluetti.

I need to have this for my motorhome!!!! I want to power everything and I can't decide whether to build out a system or have one of these. But which one?!?!? I don't have a lot of money for this but these are great deals! I want to make the best decision for me and my situation. Oh, how I hate grown-up decisions! ( I'm 57 lol)

@@GratefulWarriorMom I would have a hybrid system. Buy the AC200MAX for the RV connection (plus all the "built in" features) and then get 100-amp hour LFP batteries for bulk power storage. The D050 converter will allow charging the AC200MAX through the AC charger port at 500 watts. The AC200MAX can be hooked up to solar and with a charge controller, the batteries can also be charged at the same time. In the future, you can add the B230 or B300 batteries to the AC200MAX. If you buy 100-amp hour (1.2-kilowat hour) batteries with a charger (sold with charger) then you can simply charge them on the AC200MAX.

@mikecaster4612 so, can I still use my 2 lead acid batteries in this? I'm thinking about keeping the power station under the bench seat where the converter box is for the 12v. If I can figure out a way to run the cord back in, it would work. I do wish I knew someone who had more experience with this. I zapped myself trying to repair an led bug zapper light bulb yesterday. Yeah, just a reminder that electrical stuff isn't my Forte. (Note to self, always unplug before attempting repair)

@@GratefulWarriorMom Yes you can use the lead acid batteries to charge the Ac200MAX. In fact, they include battery gator clamps so you can charge by car battery - just have to set the car/PV to car 12-volt charging. As far as keeping the AC200MAX under a seat, you may want it where you can view the screen, it does have the app feature but sometimes you may just want to check the unit personally. You must have the 'ye old bug zapper - the new ones have LED's and Lithium-Ion batteries that you can't unplug, and soft touch power buttons.

Just hope you don't need their customer support. Because from all the reports I've been reading it's non existent. I have 2 Bluetti stations and got lucky that both work O.K. but I am not buying any others due to all the reports of lack of CS.

THANK YOU for YOUR input, this is also a REASON why NOT to purchase such, now it would be a different issue if a step by step troubleshooting guide could be obtained for EACH model

Hey Hobo I bought 4 bluetties after watching your review on the 1800 and 1000. Really disappointed in the solar array possibilities on both these devices. Also have needed help from the company and that system is possibly the worst I have experienced. I am telling all four of my friends who were lined up to buy to stay as far away as possible. Hope you arent bought off by them cause i really enjoy your delivery.
