In this video I show a step by step guide on how to change a low beam/dip beam bulb/globe in a 3 series 320d 2005-2011 BMW

Brilliant video thanks. I just bought an e90 and was struggling to fit my fat hands in from the bonnet. I had no idea about going in from the wheel arch. Amazing. I was thinking I might have to remove the headlight or something drastic. Much appreciated

Bonjour merci pour la vidéo. Je vais changer toutes mes ampoules avant. Les ampoules présentées dans la vidéo c'est bien juste pour les feux de croisement ? Quelle autres ampoules dois-je prendre ? (Feux de route, position etc..) ? Question bête je sais mais je ne trouve pas la réponse à ma question sur le net ? Merci d'avance

Perfect video. You can see the temple exactly. It is very important how it clicks into place. Amazingly, I had problems with my e90 after changing the bulb. Even though the bulb was sitting perfectly, I had to lower the headlight. Please make sure that the new bulb is not touched on the glass body with your fingers. Thank you for the helpful video.

Hope you can help, As I was doing this, the metal clip around the bulb was missing on mine and looked like the previous owner did a cowboy job with some metal wire. Can I buy a replacement metal clip for the bulb as it’s loose atm without it? Thanks.

You see, this is just another little reason why I'll never get rid of my old car. Just pop the bonnet, remove the cover from the rear of the headlight, and enjoy a good 12" of space at your disposal.

I believe if you have H7 fittings, a D1s will need an upgraded fitting
