The aux belt and tensioner would have been a good job to do whilst the fan was out.

Hey George, not sure what you want to do about the timing chain. But recently I’ve heard people talk about some success with the new updated chain tensioner from BMW. - people have said it’s reduced chain noise and have reported it no longer rattles at cold start. I’d definitely recommend doing the same before taking everything apart. Perhaps make a video on it?

I beginning to like project KFC, it just keeps on giving. Really looking forward to the flywheel and clutch video. Question: Whats the brand of the battery powered ratchet? Are you liking it? Would recommend a short or long neck? Looking to buy one but the Milwaukee one are very expensive so looking for some advice
