A small knee pain story that might help someone. I'm only 30, and developed significant knee pain during my time working at a super market. It was getting bad enough that I couldn't crouch to pick things up, and was starting to effect my walking. Persisted for several months, gradually getting worse. I tried all sorts of different things to address it, but eventually I figured out the cause. It was simply due to twisting at the knee when I turned, walking back and forth from shelving all day. I started swivelling on my toes/heels, or lifted the foot fully to turn whilst keeping the knee straight, and it fixed everything. Within a matter of days, the pain significant;y lessened, and within weeks was fully recovered. I've maintained this different way of turning whilst on the job, minimising repetitive knee twists, and have had no issues ever since.

@Meeki / There’s a simple and logical explanation why you have observed this: generally speaking, if your physical therapist gave you ALL the beneficial information, exercises, pointers and tricks during the first few sessions, you would (naturally) stop seeing him and as a result, he would lose $35/visit☺️. Of course there are some exceptions to this rule, but.......

You guys have no idea how much your show helps me. I have had spondylothesis since I was a teen. Ive had two knee replacements. Ive been in falls car wrecks so my neck is messed up, broke my back in 2 places driving off a cliff, broke my wrist slipping on ice, been beat in the head and had a concussion. I dont like opioids. So I need you guys' show plus ice, heat, tens unit and NSAIDS. I get sciatica or something like it...and those stretchs helped me so much!!!!

Bob and Brad are golden! On vacation today when severe pain struck in my knee for no good reason. After hours of torture, unable to walk I turned to the famous PTs. Tried all the suggestions and stood up and walked like it never happened. I think I had the junk in the knee syndrome and the one trick put it back in place. Cant thank you enough. ❤️

About the 5th month after a vertical break to my tibia (plateau tibia) I did an unusual exercise with my leg lifts. (Go to 13:00 mark). I made sure I turned my foot to the outside during the end for a few lifts This always seemed to reset my knee and help to decrease pain by aligning my knee. Sometimes I would lay flat on my tummy, line up my toes because my hips were out of alignment and turn my feet outwards with legs straight and squeeze my butt for ten times. I would do this and it would help reset my legs. This can also be done standing with toes out, thumbs in front of hips and the remainder fingers in back of hips. I would squeeze my butt and bring elbows to the back like angel wings. This helped align my hips. Or I would stretch upwards with fingers interlocked and facing up for 45 seconds then lean over and hold for a short time (repeat 10 times). This lined up my legs and I didn't limp afterwards. I found that if I rested when my knees got sore, and did alignment exercises when my knee needed to be reset (especially the turning out of my foot) I could walk better, and eventually healed.

@indigosky1002

I recently started using a cane when I really need it and when it comes to which side I use it on I think using it on the opposite side is useful most of the time, but using it on the same side as the affected leg is most helpful when my hip is also having problems, not just my knee. It can also be useful to have it on the side affected while standing to provide balance on that side if you don't want to put pressure on that leg.

Ok, your knee (posture improvements) pain video helped! My right knee has been really bad after overdoing an interval workout on the tredmill. Love to watch these informative videos. My Orthopedic told me the cartilage under my knee cap was pretty well gone. He did say the cartilage between the Femur and Fibula/Tibia was in fair shape. Is there anything new on the horizon to help an individual grow back their own cartilage? I appreciate you both and have told many!

♥♥♥I will share my story too. I became depressed after separating myself from my husband. I ate everything I could to feel better. You can see the result in the photo. I only came to Reflection when I no longer fit in my car seat. Then it comes to the ordinary: fasting, dieting, strenuous exercise, weight fluctuation. But then I heard about this tablet. I thought it was absurd. But not. Every day the results are getting better. I lose 8 pounds every week! Its hard for me because I'm 67 but very active. I work out 3 x a week with weights and was told I shouldn't use weights! I don't know if this is forever or not? I will be doing the exercises you're showing. Also I forgot to mention. I am able to straighten it after aspiration but have trouble bending back. Going down stairs hurt. Still swollen. I’m 72 and my knees are bone on bone. I get physical therapy ever other week. I play pickle ball and tennis and ride my stationary bike. I don’t want to give up playing pickle ball but I guess it irritates my knees. I hope theses extra exercises help my knees pain. Not sure when I should get a knee replacement? Thanks for your show, you guys are fun to watch.
