I live in a high rise and had the anchors put in the steel studs. Seems to be working fine!

LOVE the exercise demo!!! also, is there a way you could develop a set of these anchors that semi-permanently mount to a door? renters can't screw into studs... but it would be nice to be able to leave it attached to the door and not have to set it up everyday and would increase usage.. like maybe a door brazier?

From the Demi, I'm not seeing a lot if resistance. Are there varying levels of resistance that were not shown? I got the impression you were implying such. Otherwise, I definitely see this as a fantastic alternative to my old Bowflex machine, which was a complete monster of a mechanism for a home. Mine got destroyed from Hurricane damage and I didn't replace it bc of the tremendous difficulty putting it together and the sheer size.

you change resistance by changing bands. He was using easy to show range of motion. If you max out on the black band, you then add bands to make it more difficult, which he does show, 2 bands are harder than one.
