Cvičení mi velmi vyhovuje svým tempem (77 let),hudba jde někdy mimo,ale stačí ztlumit, důležité jsou signály na změnu cviků - možná nezhubnu,ale baví mě to,je to jako ranní rituál 😊

Souhlasím s Vámi, že hudba může být občas rušivá, ale je skvělé, že stačí ji ztlumit a důležité jsou pro Vás především signály na změnu cviků. Really good exercises, thanks. Question for exercise #8, we can’t do opposite, just mirror your steps. You showed the right arm with left leg, but with a mirror step, we used left arm with right leg. Is it correct? The intention is to strengthen the heart muscle?
