Your videos are so wonderful. I used them throughout my pregnancy and now will be using them postpartum. I appreciate how you always keep me cognizant of how my body feels and offer alternative exercises. Great job!

My sister told me I should watch your channel - she was right! Honestly, never been truly active until the last year - and I've been bouncing around trying different things. While I've never had children, all of your workouts provide good variation, and when it comes to some muscle groups (shoulders and abs) I really like your post-partum workouts because they are about building muscle, not just expectations of "you should be able to do this" - thank you for all you do and the encouragement!
