*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

@manisagchinacunnan5119 it took like almost a year for me because I was only able to do the workout on the weekends. But if you do it everyday I am sure you can see the results faster. 🩷

Hey Amy! I love your kettlebell videos - I've been doing them for about 3 months now, and I'm feeling stronger than ever not just physically, but also mentally. I think you're one of the best fitness gurus on KZfaq, mainly because you do everything so efficiently without the useless chatter. You are also inspirational, I love your simple style! However, because of such cramped spaces at home, I have a hard time following the mat segments of your kettlebell HITT workouts, so I always end up just skipping them. If it's not much trouble, can I suggest a standing HIIT kettlebell workout? That would be so cool! Thank you so much, and have a wonderful day!!! :)

I just discovered your channel. This routine is a perfect addition to the twice daily physical therapy exercises I am doing for my Achilles tendinitis. This video gets my heart rate up and exercises my arms and torso. Before my tendinitis I was walking two and a half miles a day. These exercises help me do additional work while I wait to start walking again. Thanks!

I absolutely love this workout! I do it so often but it never fails to exhaust me!! I really feel those obliques working super hard and I even manage to use my heavier kettlebell! X

Hi I have a question, when you are doing this workout combined with other workouts, do you give a gap of 24-48 hours or do the routine on everyday basis? I started following her Full Body Pilates workout, as well as I am looking for an Abs workout to lose the belly fat & get some ab shape. I am not fat, but I am not too tall. Looking to get my abs in shape. Would appreciate a feedback

@@azeeshah3632 Hi Azee, I did a 30-day workout (this past Sunday was the 30th day.) Each day I did a 10-min run/jog in the forest near my home and then Amy's 8 min and 10 min kettlebell back to back. I stretched before and walked part way through my run. I took sometime (maybe 20-30 minutes) stretching and relaxing before doing the kettlebell sessions. And I would stretch a couple of minutes between and after the kettlebell sessions. I am now incorporating Amy's 15 min flat belly workout on 2 days and doing the kettlebell sessions 5 days a week; I will probably do my run 5-7 days a week, depending on how I feel. I learned from Amy that the pouch underneath my navel has to do with my ab muscles stretching (diastasis recti) after giving birth to my son (28 years ago).This was news to me as I have thought for years it was a pouch of flabby fat. Not so; there might be some fat but it is simply loose muscle. Having said all this I have consistently done some type of exercise routine since my early teens. I am now 62. So, my goal came up pretty quickly and now I am focused on flattening/strengthening/healing my ab muscles. Not sure they will totally flatten.Time will tell. I did lose about an inch from my waistline by the end of my 30-day routine. I am not fat at all; I am 5'2" 119 lbs., relatively short torso with relatively large breasts, smallish hips--a somewhat "voluptuous" body shape. Amy is coming out with a Strong Core and More Kettlebell Program at the end of this month. I will be looking for that video as it sounds like something I might do.

This actually burst a sweat in me. I'm using a 20lb kettlebell and could hardly do the arm overhead and bend! It was a real challenge. I only have a 20lb kettlebell, and two 5lb hand weights, so I might just swap to those in the future.

I'm a lazy-@$$ but this is totally doable for me. Also good for me since I have rectus diastasis and can't do traditional ab workout. I'm far from a six pack, but I am more stable in my core after about 6 weeks of doing this workout nearly daily.
