This is the results of a 3 month challenge I launched where the students in The Movement Trybe (where I host my programs and workouts) where challenged to film their goals before and after 3 months💪
Using the programs and workouts in the app they have all started at different levels and they have all improved so much, which makes me super proud 😍 They have improved their handstands, bodyweight strength, and a variety of calisthenics skills 🤩
