I normally work out at home, don’t really have a lot of time to hit the gym so home works best for me! I’m 60 years old trying to get back into shape. Really enjoy the body weight excercises. Thank you!

Josh been doing your beginning workout stretching. For 3 weeks now. Then tried just squatting..oooh. it's a tough battle for this 58 yr guy. But it's so worth it. I feel so much better overall. I think it's helping with toxins leaving my body. For a ex addict. This is great

Uuuggg, I’ve been doing a bunch of this stuff and I was getting discouraged because people were saying you can’t build muscle with just body weight, you need weights and overload and you’ve totally gave me renewed courage!!!

Most exciting workout channel I've come across. I think it's cuz you work out outside. I love being outdoors. Following along at home but eventually I'll be outside with these routines.

I enjoyed everything, very smooth and yet powerful routine! I practice more yoga but sometimes need a more loose exercice. Training like this is ideal for me, that have to find a way to work out during trips since I travel a lot! I need something that I can do every day, anywhere, without a gym, special equipment or a lot of space. Definitely, I'm going to start practicing more! I would love more follow along videos. Thanks!!

Hey Josh, I exercise three days at the gym, most days at home, and hike or bikea couple days a week. I've been exercising for years, so I have basic strength, but as a chronically injured aging woman, I've gained a lot of mobility since following your routines. I still have a damaged meniscus, which I need to work around, but I can feel my ankles and joints opening up and my mobility increasing. Thank you so much for sharing these videos, they are really helping me!

This is the first routine I followed in full. Love it. Simple but effective. I will be doing more of this, and look to build strength. You are undoubtedly one of the best fitness instructors out there. Anyone can and should do this!

I started with the beginner full body workout prior to this and have done it quite a few times. Nervously I moved forward into this one and I love it even more! The crawl at the end is pretty killer, but I have to say the Y and W exercises have helped some serious back pain and poor posture already! Thank you!

Trying to come back from a injured back,knee,arm you name it. I've gotten so weak from lack of movement. Shot brother for showing me this. Day one today and I've exposed all my body weaknesses with a sweat.

Would love a weekly follow along workout plus weekly nutrition vids that follow. Just something to spice up and do for a week along with the daily mobility routine everyday. Could be beginner, intermediate, advanced. Keep up the incredible content!

Love the focus on movement bro; in the lunges I added lifting my opposite arm to 90 degrees in a “popeye” manner and it helped engage the strength within my leg and arm. Also in the squats I push forward my pelvis in the standing position after raising to engage the lowest abdominal muscles. Appreciate these follow along videos & as you asked voice over is cleaner especially in workout where your focus is on breathing. Bless you bro 👏🏼🦅

I haven’t go to the gym in years and I’m in the best shape of my life from working out at home, 3 days upper body, 3 days for legs and yoga on Sundays, I mostly watch Buff Academy channel but I’m starting to watch this channel too, and I really like it 👌🏽

I discovered similar body movement utilizing exercise routine for myself few years back. Just started to extend my stretches and figuring out that doing minimal movements at the furthest point of the stretch helped me stretch further. But you are really brining it together for me with some very cool movements. I started with basic movements - i.e. mimicking picking up a soccer ball size item (imaginary) and bringing my back to full attention position. Doing even just that 50-100 times in a row starts working those core-core muscles which increase movement and stretch... But your movements are much more targeted. Greatly appreciate your guidance man.

Love these follow alongs, and the way you include stretching and strength into the same workout. Could you record the workouts you do in one week, including stretching? Im wondering if these 16 min videos are sufficient for a single day's workout, or if they need to compliment callisthenics or weight workouts?

Thanks for this! I go to a MovNat gym (natural movement), but it's currently closed due to coronavirus so it's nice to be able to follow along with you. I appreciate that this one makes my wrists less sore vs your other beginner video that I saw. I'm a typical American with weak glutes, weak abs, weak back, etc so this was perfect. One day I want to be able to do a handstand so I liked the shoulder exercises too.

Thank you Josh for getting me to move and open up! With the hot humid weather my fibromyalgia is acting up (my muscles are fatigued and burn at rest) so normal cardio is hard to do but these short workouts are great for me. I go at my on pace and surprise myself when I finish still standing!! Thanks for doing these mobility and strength exercises and for the honest commentary!!

I have fibro too. Because of another health issue, I couldn't work out for a few years and I definitely got weaker and felt worse. It feels good to be as physical as I can :)

I have a freestanding pull up bar on my attic with gymnastisc rings hanging from it, but I also have a really nice calisthenics park outside 5min drive from my home, love training here in summer. And also I'm still subscribed to a gym membership, this is where I train in winter months.

I Like to work out other out side in a park with a lot of trees which filters the sourounding air flow or indoors but not in a stuffy gym I'm 57 years young and your natural movement system is the perfect way for me I also like resistance bands I have 5 of theme I also run jog atleast once to twice a week sometimes 3.times in a week thank you very much for your excersize knowledge I'm also vegitarian with a small amount of fish consumpion

That was fantastic just a little today (holidays) even with the arthritis in the operated metal wrist i could still do the bear crawls (increases flexibility) but more difficult with the opposite hand knee combination. Home as always not gym as live miles away from people, in the mountains!
