The part when she says "If you're not feeling this, you're cheating" , at the begining I always felt like my arms would die, but after a month of doing it daily, I don't feel anything and I'm not cheating! Consistency is awesome.

Starting today 10inches both Day 1 : done. Omg legit i thought my arms would fall off Day 2: done. Its hard but i love that it ends in like 3 mins hehe Day 3: done. Day 4: done. Day 5: done.(x2) Day 6: done. Day 7: done. Update: my arms are at 9.5 and they look so lean Week-2 Day 1: done. Day 2: done. Day 3: rest day Day 4: done Day 5: done. Day 6: done. Day 7: done. Pls like to motivate me :) Update: My arms are same as week 1 that's 9.5 inches . Definitely recommend yall to do this .

It really burns, I love it I've been doing this for 5 days so far. And my arms were 13 inches and now they are 11.5 inches. I do it 2x a day. My back has muscles now too. I am greatful thank you so much😘😘😘

Poonam Verma it shouldn’t hurt. If it hurts try checking if Your shoulders are tensed up. If they are then relax and it should be fine

I think the key for this workout is just like she said in the video," do not ever drop your arms for the next 5 mins" bcs u can feel the burn and it's getting really sore. I love this so much btw! i'm doing this workout everyday ! Wish me luckk 💞

This is really effective since May 2021 I've been doing this exercise and it really helps with my scoliosis, in just two weeks my mom seen a big difference she said my uneven shoulder is no longer visible.. ☺️ and my collar bone, oh how I loved it! Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️

nayab shaikh it really works. Just keep doing it as a part of your daily workout routine, and take rest every 3 days or so. Over last 2 weeks I received tons of compliments that I'm losing weight and my body looks different.

This is a great workout for anyone who wants to tone and define their arms. The instructor is clear and concise, and the exercises are challenging but doable. I've been doing this workout for a few weeks now, and I'm already seeing results. I definitely recommend it

This workout really works! I did it for one week while eating pretty well and only drinking water and green tea and I saw a difference!! My arms looked slimmer and nicer 😍 I did it 3 times a day

most peoples do that sometimes, just remember to stretch your arms before and after the workout, the more you do it the less cracking sounds their will be.

I am so thankful for this routine. I've been travelling a lot lately and have done this on the planes, bathrooms, literally whenever I had 5 minutes. the ocean background is also serene and stress reducing.

I’ve been doing your workouts/yoga/pilate videos for over a year now, sometimes 3 at once and I’m proud that I could do this 4 times in a row. I can’t keep going now but it did feel very good

doing this everyday :) im already on day 3 while writing this day 1: done. felt very sore by the time i was done day 2: done. same as day 1 day 3: done. still felt very sore by the time i finished day 4: done. pretty much the same but didn’t feel at all sore when i woke up today day 5: done. felt a little less sore and tired when i finished today! day 6: done. pretty much the same as yesterday not seeing any pogress yet but it feels great update: i’ve been doing this workout for over two weeks now and it feels so much easier now! im less tired and sore by the time i’m done and it feels great. still not noticing any progress, but i can’t complain because i’ve felt refreshed every day after doing this. if you’re struggling on this workout, don’t give up!

doing this for 14 days day 1: did it but i need to pause a few times day 2: did it, but i needed to pause too day 3: did it, pause 2 times day 4: did not do it day 5: did it wihout pausing, but i needed to drop my arms down sometimes (and i see a little diference) day 6: same as yesterday day 7: done, i needed to drop my arms only one time! day 8: did it. i feel a little weak today so i dropped my arms three times day 9: did not day 10: did it, and i dont dropped my arms down! im really proud of myself. i see the effects! maybe this rest day helped too? day 11: same as yesterday day 12: same as yesterday day 13: did it (same as yesterday) day 14: did it i saw a huge difference! i love this workout! my arms are so stronger and more toned. i am so shocked with the results. i will do it everyday!

I finally can complete this without cheating! Just started this on and off but now I’m going to commit to doing twice a day. When I saw this video I was laying down and thought "Why not do this, it will be easy". Oh boy, it wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I flew through this video AND did a workout for my arms! I will try to do this as often as I can😊

This is the best arm burner workout ever! I do this around 2-3 times a day and it really works!! I add bicep dips into this I do around 2 mins x 2 bicep dips a day and some push ups and it works wonders if you want to lose arm fat!💞

hey! I will be updating this as I do the workout for a week:) like for support if u want day one (july 27): completed! this workout felt so short but i could feel the burn right after, especially behind the lower sides of my neck even though this is an arm workout day two (july 28): completed! my muscles are sore from yesterday day three (july 29): completed! i don't see any results yet day four (july 30): completed! i can feel that my arms have a little more muscle than before day five (july 31): completed! i dont see as much armpit fat, that little bulge is almost gone now day six (august 1): completed! this workout feels much easier now day seven (august 2): completed! finally done results: i dont see drastic results, but my shoulders feel sour every day after the workout, my back behind my neck area are more toned and i have less armpit fat now and my upper arms are a little less flappy! good luck to everyone else whos doing this!

Yooww guys should try this workout, I've tried it and can really see a big difference. I'm doing it twice a day every other day for like 3 weeks and it worked but if you want an immediate result you can do it everyday twice a day since it's only a 5 mins workout.

@Boho Beautiful I suffered a herniated disk in my L5 region. Due to a serious misdiagnosis, it took a year for me to get the surgery I needed to fix it. Because of this, I am left with permanent nerve damage. Finding exercises I can do without aggravating my lower back and causing pain which leaves me in agony for days has been difficult. Mostly I walk and do a few leg exercises with my husband. I have some weights I've been lifting for my arms but I really haven't been getting results because I can't put much pressure on my spine. And most routines involve a lot of bending at the waist. I was just browsing KZfaq when I came across your video. I watched it and saw that these exercises wouldn't impact my lower back like most others do. With that, I followed your instructions and definitely felt a burn I thought I'd never get to feel again. It was fantastic! I'll be doing this twice a day, every day and updating the results each week. But I really want to thank you for sharing this routine. I can't wait to see and feel the results over time. Thank you!

I just can't thank you enough. It is quick and easy ( if you breathe properly). My arms are not sexy yet, but to be honest I don't do it everyday. But the best part it helps tremendously with pain in my upper right arm. Helps to stretch so my arm nerve not that squeezed between muscles. Blessings

ella stinsun yeah there’s definitely changes that is noticeable but due to my exams I couldn’t do as I promised myself but if you are disciplined enough to do everyday defiantly within a month you can achieve it :)

For something that looks so simple, this made me feel the burn! I love your five minute miracles. Super handy to keep moving during busy days. I was wondering if you'd recommend adding weights like weighted gloves. Or would that be overkill?

If this vid is getting 'easy' it is ok to add a small amount of weight, start with 0.5 kg, and then up it by 0.5kg each time it gets easy. Keep the weights at or below 3kg for toning, especially for the movement and speed these exercises are done at. I'd slow it down when you first add weights so you can keep your posture. Hope that helps.

Day 1 : I stopped halfway during the exercise on the first time but did it entirely the second time Day 2: I'm feeling sole soreness but it's gone after the workout . I used dumbells 1 kilos each and this works very well i could see the difference in less then a week im on my 2 week and its definetely toned it gets easier the more u do it, and i do it 2 times a day
