An agouti is a member of the rodent family that lives in the forest, is a vegetarian I believe and native to South and Central America and due to it's close proximity it is found in Trinidad where it is eaten as wild game meat. It's not an opossum, local name manicou, rhey are different animals

Boil and fry is a Guyanese dish and way of cooking. Thats not boil and fry. Dont know what mess she's making there with all that oil and mashing down the provisions so much
