thing about a boost bottle is both the bottle and the length of the tube have to be precisely sized for the engine. secondly if you already took the time to tune your engine the bottle can throw it off LA hover did a pretty comprehensive test of boost bottles on his channel.

The worst performance issue I have is the weak gas tanks please upgrade them with better welds and non leaking performance

A quality 2.5 LTR tank with better welded studs would make me want your tanks over the many others available online.

Also that cylinder body looks like my 49mm big bore kit and the windowed piston was a 47mm maybe bikeberry could consider adding a big bore piston with a single window on the website

Okay so I will say the X port is more for clearance issues if the expansion chamber you installed is hitting the Down-tube that reed valve is decent but it only has 2 reed flaps where as a g2 or Oz reed have 4. The boost bottle is kinda snake oil simply because these stock carbs are so simple there’s no power jets and air screws just a main circuit and a needle jet so if it’s not dialling in there’s a bigger issue at play. The Dio reed cylinders really need a reed stuffer to take up all that extra volume inside the case because anything after the reed flaps are considered extra case volume. Finally the windowed piston is okay however you can make a single window and have greater results good overall view of the parts 👍

I use the 40mm valve on all my bikes. I have 3- phanton85's , 36tooth, and I get more HP . I push 50mph on each bike.

I purchased a complete Switz Cruz bike with the stage 4 kit a while back. In fact, likely when the last time it was on sale for $399.99 plus tax, free shipping. I also ordered the MZ 65 clone pipe. I wouldn't say it was defective nor did i make a customer service complaint. I just fixed it 1 day with my Dremel tool. But the flashing inside the pipe was motor oil. Sort a say. I put a red grinding tip on it and cleaned both out. Note to self, when porting the exhaust port, port match the gasket, intake and exhaust. And the inside of pipe!

Just got a twin plug 80 cc engine, the compression stripped the head studs first time I tried to get it fired, went and bought good bolts from America and am pleased with the engine so far . The carburetor doesn't fit the manifold , but everything else seems to be fine ..

80cc Chinese kit with HP carb, 32T sprocket, 1gal tank, and F2 Thruster Pipe. Top speed is 31 MPH. I never speed checked top speed when fully stock but roughly low 20s with slow pickup. With everything I put on I feel the range of throttle from pedal start to top speed is more balanced and the sound is louder with a wide range from hum on low end to popping in mid, and angry bees full throttle. I will look into port and polish in future.

And I put on a reinforced rear wheel. I do plan to add a front brake but only run coaster brake for now. I have no issue coming to stop though.

only thing i can say about any of it is with the boost bottles and that is only from what if heard so it dont really matter . but what i heard was that the reason they dont work like they should is because there supposed to be tapped into the jug its self . and that by putting them on the intake manifold it dont really do what it is supposed to do . personally i think it helps a little bit but it dont get the full range of its ability's because of where it taps in at . now i could be wrong but the whole purpose of them is to give fuel a place to go and spend it back into the engine when its needed . i dont see how that would work with a reed valve seeing how a reed valve stops the flow of fuel coming back into the carb .it would only work right if the bottle like i said was ether tapped right into the jug or between the jug and the reed valve . hey prove me wrong i guess is all i can say . personally i would not even take the time or spend the money for the little bit of performance that you might get .

Yes I have one but my drugs aren't I need a throttle I think I knew carburetor and I just broke my back and collarbone on it so I'm kind of broke. If you can maybe send me some Nexus part parts please and thank you I'm just broke after my accident

Everything in the motorized bicycle world is extremely controversial. Frankly, that enrire community is ridiculously toxic and unhealthy. There are several "experts" held to high esteem in the various chapters of the community who are incredibly ignorant and their entire attitude has caused a lot of innovation to be halted by driving professional individuals away due to the immaturity and childish behavior.
