You can search bms 3s30a v3.1 and 18650 baterry. In video, I used Lishen baterry

I will do this for a b&d drill. It is 20v. Which bms do you recomend? I have a switching power supply 24 v , would it work fine?

You should use 5s BMS lithium Battery protector

1 year ago, i did the same proyect. At first, it works as same you do. But i cant fix the loose of power which BMS gives. When drill is forced, the BMS cuts to protect batteries. I used a 100a bms. My drill is an old 9.6v Bosch. how you resolve this? (forgive my english)

in my experience, you should use protection circuit Bw-3s-30a_v3.1 is best and use 12.6v charger adapter for li-ion

You must use 12,6v adapter charger Original charger cannot be used because it is for niken Battery

if you don't use BMS battery will not be protected. It will not be safe to charge, may cause fire or explosion. and when the battery is low, it will easily be discharged causing battery damage

wtf? Does bosch use the same cheap ass batteries for their professional blue line of tools? i have a green line drill and those batteries suck so i wanted to replace the batteries inside, but that will cost me about 40 euro's per battery, and i payed about 100 for the entire set, so the drill, 2 batteries and a charger, so i'm going to throw my drill away and buy a new one, and not a bosch anymore but a brand that has batteries that don't run empty in 2 days of non use! Bosch is a great brand but not their tools that run on batteries!
