About Us:
The BPD bunch is a weekly KZfaq talk show, featuring a panel of people who are in functional recovery from Borderline Personality Disorder. Each week we discuss BPD-related topics to help give you insights into the different ways BPD can be expressed in someone’s life. We also cover the different paths we followed on our recovery journeys to give you hope and direction for your own ❤️ Thank you for being on this journey of healing with us!

Yes the extra mile the other person didnt ask for then resenting them for not reciprocating. Big lesson.

I just want to make a comment here, that I felt so attached and close to my best friend at the time that I would spend literally everyday with them (while I was single) I was very jealous when they would be around other friends because that sense of potential abandonment kicked in. But I just wanted to know that if anyone else felt this way, I felt so intensely in my friendship that I thought I might even be in love with them at one point. I quickly realized I was not but was curious if anyone else has felt something like that? Just because my relationships feel so intense I don’t always understand the emotions I feel :)

Listening to all of you, this sounds so completely normal and a common experience to absolutely everyone. I hope one day BPD gets a new name, like in UK its called Emotional Regulation Disorder...( maybe drop the disorder). This is all being lived on a spectrum. We may react at a 10, when at times neurotypicals may respond at a 6. You guys are modeling learning, health and finding a middle way. People on the ADHD and Autism spectrum have to learn alot of these sensory regulation skills too. You guys are total proof we do get better regulating ourselves! Thank you.

This was my first BPD Bunch video, and I think Xannie said things that were really, specifically in line with my experience. I thought that she is the female me, before I realized that she is the content creator.

Has anyone ever been set off when said by a friend or loved one to "mind your own buisness?" Not that I am intrusive, but i always respond with "i dont have my own buisness" which makes no sense. Its like sometimes I feel like others have an "actual" life? And mine isnt as significant? If this makes ANY sense lol. Plus, I also am an oversharer!!!

Too late for me. I burnt all my bridges and left mines out just to make sure no one comes back.
