Noelle Lounsbury when your hair is light enough you can use T18 but the girls in the videos usually have orange hair and expect T18 to make it an ashy tone which isn’t how it works :)

I love Brad Mondo's reaction videos because he doesn't talk mad shit. Instead he says things like, "here's another option" or "this is how I'd do this" and then explain how to do things and why the chemicals react a certain way. THIS is how you should react to anything, POSITIVELY, not with negative JUDGMENT. Of course his personality shows but damn, I haven't heard him degrade ANY person AT ALL. Thank you Brad Mondo for being a decent human being! 🙌🏼💕

When there’s no footage between application and the fully styled, miraculously perfect coloring after footage.... it’s gotta be fake. I totally think most of these girls get their hair fixed professionally and just hide the truth. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ But maybe I’m just overly suspicious too.

There's no way that first girl didn't at least do extra steps. Balayage typically has a transition color that's slightly warmer between blonde and dark hair unless you add in a shadow root. And no mention of toner but her ends are silver. Girl either left stuff out or had it fixed.

People buy box dye because it’s easier when you don’t know much about hair dye. You said “why don’t you just buy blah blah blah and the creme developer that goes with it” but if you don’t do in depth research, you won’t know what goes with what. Maybe you or someone should make a video explaining how to figure these things out!

There's this place called cosmetology school it cost a lot of money but they'll go in depth... honestly if we were to teach everyone how we do every little thing we would be out of a job thats why he only explains enough to help people out who maybe can't afford it or generally doesn't have any knowledge on what kind of products can completely destroy your hair.

In regards to the second video, I think it's amazing! I wish my hair looked like that, I got my hair re-done blonde at a high-end salon and I had to go back 3 times... still remains a mismatch of blonde etc, with my only saving grace is a side part!

Just want to say I cut my own hair from waist length to bob, with an office scissors, using the ponytail method. It is not layered, extremely uneven, longer in the back, and jagged all the way. But it’s a fun experience 😂 I guess I haven’t watched enough Brad videos. Anyway, I have an appointment to fix it, can’t wait to ask my hairdresser to rate my technique 😎

I followed the haircut tutorial on my mom and she was shockingly really happy with it. She doesn’t like her hair too long and doesn’t want to go out needlessly so she just had me do it lol. I had no experience and it still turned out well
