I've made this dessert for the past 4 Christmases. It's absolutely delicious. All the family and friends rave about it. Although, I do adjust the milk/custard so it's not as runny as his, but all in all it is banging! Definitely give it a try!

I've watched many different versions of this Pudding&most are nice,but i think this one of the best( And Rum also works well!& i like to dice up a Apple aswell)

Making this today again Soooo Gud It’s sets beautifully Serve with dollop of cream cherries 🍒 and mint 🍃 I don’t put icing sugar as it can be too sweet.

This is a real treat this is hoew I make it but without the croissant's found its to rich. I use nuts almonds and walnuts and cocoa powder. Plz check with who ever its aimed for if allergic to nuts. rest is same but my twist to take the edge of the sweetness is marmalade and honey sparingly with the honey. As James said a indulgent luxury Yorkshire bread and butter. It's mad very very rich. Kind of thing mi mum used to make us at christmas. Here in good ole Yorkshire. :-) Dancing Chef enjoy!!

1:20 dont break the egg with one hand if you are not confident enough. the dude broke the yolk, so there are traces of yolk now in the whites. its fine if you are not using the whites, but if you are, the bowl of whites are ruined if you are saving it for make meringue.

Great if you got the money and feeding the 5 thousand. When your have no money and like to cook things on a low budget be even better for people like me. Just a shame so many chef seem to think they are feeding 4-8 people on a high budget. Try it on a fortnight money you be struggling
