WHO AM I
Hey there, I’m Clark Kegley, a pro drummer turned self-improvement advocate. Here on KZfaq, I provide guidance to help you transform into your 2.0 version.
P.S. Some of the links in this description are affiliate links, meaning I get a commission if you purchase through them. It's a great way to support the channel at no extra cost to you 👊
Warning - important safety message, please read carefully:
The breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced.
Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, standing, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur. Breathwork may cause tingling sensations and/or lightheadedness. Never push yourself past the point of faining. It means that you went too far. Take a step back next time.
Do not practice the method during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting Breathwork.
Happy breathing!

Maybe it takes much more practice to possibly incur full psychedelic experiences with breathing like this, but even just doing it for the first time is changing my perspective on meditation and it’s benefits. I watched both exercises back to back and feel good! Will be eager to incorporate these exercises more into my daily life

Because it's pretty disingenuous to title your videos like anyone who does this the first time is going to trip balls. It doesn't happen like that. To reach real psychedelic-type trips requires years of practice. He titles this videos as if you want to get high do this right now. Meditation is a practice that takes time. And the more and longer you do it the better you get at it. Like I said, your not gonna get high and have a DTM trip from one session of breathing.

I watched his last video on this! Prayed about it. I asked “are we all vibrating? What’s with that”. Said amen and started this breathing technique. After just 14 breathes I started vibrating and so did everything else. I kept pushing through and then I passed out. I MET GOD! You don’t have to believe me I don’t care. but it changed my life forever. When I came down from my time with God I was still vibrating!!! God is love!! Forgive! Thank you for these videos!

Can I ask how it helped with the bad habits? When you felt the urge to do the habit would was take time to breath? Or is it more of a regular time set a part to breath every day and you don’t get as many urges ? Sorry if my question makes zero sense. Thanks

What's weird is that I did dmt for the first time and the poses you are doing in the thumbnail, I had to do to keep myself "balanced". The experience taught me that everything comes out of the 'center' and spreads outward, spiraling, shifting, pulling... My body did it by itself, automatically, and I saw myself while tripping like wow this is why they do that lol . But putting my hands like that, and also prayer hands, helped to center myself and not get caught in any overwhelming energy and it felt like if I did anything else I'd start to spiral.

Clark, I was one of the people who subscribed to your channel after your first breathwork video! I did get a little bored with it, went to doing the ones that Wim has for intermediate and advanced practice. I am pausing and rewinding your video when it gets to the point of taking a breath. I usually at least double up on the time you spend in breath holds. I love the box breathing and I love the desert rock background. When I rewind the 15 second hold, I almost always go back to the part where you say "feel the win, you've earned this" - its my favorite part!

I love this breathwork. I love your calm, centered, supportive guidance. I feel incredible. Could I ask, please, what is the backing track you have? Would love it for other meditations. Huge gratitude for this video.

I had an amazing experience and definitely recommend you try it at least once. Truly make sure you won't be interrupted and my tip is something I remember hearing the Hoff guy recommend: when you inhale fill your lungs as much as they can go and when you exhale push every single last bit of breathe out of your lungs. I pushed so much air out that I felt my lungs were completely collapsed (like they were touching). I think it makes a world of a difference to ensure you do actual deep breathing to get the full effect. I'm no master by any means but just wanted to share what I do know ^_^

I did this while sitting in traffic (not the best meditative environment I know) at about the 2nd round felt a euphoric like pressure release between my 3rd eye and crown chakra. By the end of round 3 felt very centered and relaxed & also like I expanded my lung capacity. Definitely adding this to my meditative practice. Keep em coming Clark!

NEVER do breathwork or anything meditative while driving! I did a certain breathwork while driving which put me into a trance state and i flipped my car and write it off! I'll never do that again!

I just tried this new box breathing technique , I thought it was great . I will definitely have to bring this one into my daily routine . Thanks man 👍

I tried meditating for a while before doing this. I’ve done breathing exercises before but this one I’ve had the most success with. I felt a physiological high after doing it the first time for a few minutes. This time I’m quitting nicotine and thought to try this out to move through the moment. When I was done everything looked to have a slight hue or violet or purple. Very strange. And very cool. I don’t feel a need for that nicotine for now. 🙏🙌

Greetings Clark! I’m Vector! 45 years. Single wasn’t happy until now as I’m ready to recreate the joyous fascinated child I was. I’m a practising musician and a doctor by qualification. Truth being my soul and heart lies deep in music. But studying medicine although only educated me about the mechanistic point of view of the human body. I am convinced of the spiritual nature of man/woman and medicine has blatantly ignored this vital aspect in all their definitions and in fact it is a convincingly failed science. Being a drug safety expert I work of the horrendous sides of effects everyday of virtually every drug in the market (vitamin C is safe! Don’t overdose!). So we are on the right path. Thank you so much for sharing and demonstrating this wonderful technique. I did along with you and I feel more comfortable about my Self (the atman) and am finally ready to live life as I was meant to be, happy to be me and if can share that happiness through music boy this life has been wonderful and I know I’m creating space for more joy. Sending you love, light and abundance 💜💙🤍🙏🏽☺️
