All the youtube videos of Brian grocery shopping are insane. I am from a family of 4 boys. We are all between 6'2" and 6'5" and 225 lbs to 275 lbs each. We all play sports and work out regularly. We always get comments from all our friends and extended family about how much we eat. I feel like this grocery shop would feed all four of us for 2-3 weeks. The fact 1 person can consume this in a single week literally blows my mind.

Brian seems like the most down to earth, humble kind of guy. He, for a number of years was the strongest human being on the planet, an absolute unit of a man but if you heard him speak you wouldn't think so. I think that most, if not all men at some point or another, have wanted to be the strongest man alive, even if it was for only a moment and this guy was just that. You'd think he would be arrogant but never has.

@@Happyfaceshock every store does that, they either keep all the stuff in large refrigerators in the back and restock the small ones you see on the floor, or they are like sams club, where the small refrigerator doors just let you access the racks lining the walls of the large refrigeration unit. as far as the other guy saying he needs a place to buy in bulk, have you never been to an area with a population greater than like 100,000? bulk stores are literally everywhere. Food for less, costco, winco, sams club, Costco business, Smart and finals has a shit ton of stuff in bulk. Like its literally the hardest thing in the world to not find a buy in bulk store in the modern era unless you live under a rock.

He did back in the day, multiple times. It was just a very monotonous affair and him cooking bison with rice was like ... not that exciting the 10th time, but then you realized that that was him forcing himself to do that EVERY day, 3-4 TIMES a day, just to gain weight/muscle. Insane discipline.

What a machine. Great video a real good watch. You don’t realise how dedicated these athletes are dedicated 100%. Im a bodybuilder and eat about 5 meals a day but would never be able to manage that a week. Respect and all the dedication was worth it. They both achieved the end result. 💪🏻👍🏻

I've done all that to. No way as much as Brian but when I was eating about 5000 calories a day, I could barely stomach the food sometimes. Eating is so much more difficult than the training. Trying to eat when you're still already full is like torture. I'd do a lot of shakes at the time because it was easier to get down than food was lol

@@biggaz9216 Yeah I only did it in my youth for so many years. My goal was to see my limit without drugs too. Didn't actually have a goal in shows. It was just a personal passionate hobby. I got pretty massive and lean but the amount of work it takes is RIDICULOUS. People don't get it. You sacrifice a TON if you want to truly get that big and super lean. Wasn't sustainable for me later on in life. Priorities changed. I'm no where near what I used to be lol The food was by far the hardest part of the journy.

@@wombat5252 I did two shows at 21 and 23 and came second and 4th competing against men double that age. I was eating between 2-3000 a day and struggled. Now 37 just getting back into it but not serious just enjoying it. It takes over your life. But respect for doing it won bat because people don’t understand what it takes they just think o he’s had some gear and it comes over night when really it’s a lifestyle that you choose and miss out on so much. I’m glad I did it in my youth lol because I couldn’t do it now. Nice speaking to you about it. 👍🏻
