There is someone in the audience who has COVID-19 and is coughing and sneezing breathing hard directing into the microphone every few seconds. I thought someone was in my home when l left the room. Mr. Tracy is amazing how he endured that persecution, and unfortunately no one could remove that person, whom seemed to be doing it intentionally at one point. Great lecture and amazing information shared..if you can block out the nasty noice in the background :(

25:10 Morale from a business flows down from the top - it does not rise. People want to admire and their bosses, leaders & managers. 29:30 2nd Sale is the MOST IMPORTANT. Means the customer returns and is a repeat customer. 32:40 Most entrepreneurs and businesspeople are conceptual - they're right brain thinkers, and don't like the idea of business planning.
