Cheers for the video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Fiyyatt Dumbfounded Finder (just google it)? It is a good one of a kind product for removing the root cause of your social anxiety without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my good mate called Gray got astronomical success with it.

I like this man. I like the way he thinks. Because he thinks like me. He's not afraid to face the worst possible scenario. He's not another "optimist" who just goes around telling me to: "don't worry, be happy" or: "think positive" or something you might as well tell someone to get a gambling addiction. No. He's right. Even my worst case scenario is not too bad. I can live with it. And I can improve it. I like this. This man is smart. And wise. He doesn't mess around. He doesn't talk fluff. He's not another one of those notorious "KZfaq gurus" of "success" or "motivational speakers" or one of those people who say: "you can do it!" Or one of those people who tell you to do this and this and this, and you're guaranteed success or some other nonsense like that. This man genuinely understands my problems and genuinely has my best interests at heart in how to resolve my issues without enslaving me into his philosophy or methodologies. He's won my trust. He's one of the few people I wouldn't have any reservations about recommending to the people I value as human beings. Thank you for your genuine service to humanity, sir.

Hmmm... I really like this. I've actually known of the first 2 steps for awhile now and they've definitely helped me in overcoming a number of obstacles. I've always written reflections whenever I've had built up feelings inside me and simply the act of writing has relieved a lot of that tension. Elliot Hulse taught me in one of his old videos the 2nd part. "What's the worst thing that can happen and can you live with it?" "Now what's the best sting that can happen and can you live with it?" This comparison and contrast like you said in regards to the first part makes one come to grips that the worst is not as bad as it seems. Like you said, it's resistance to realizing the worst possible outcome that causes the most anxiety. Never identifying the worst causes the worry to stay swirling over and over in our heads because we haven't pictured what the worst can be. And what the worst can be seems a lot worse and scarier than it really is! I can definitely relate to that as writing out my problems has helped me come to grips that the worst is really not that bad and upon realizing that gives me more courage to take that action. Upon finishing your video, I've come to understand better the mindset people have when it comes to taking a risk. People naturally take the action when they feel that have a high chance of succeeding aka getting their desired result. An example would be starting and finishing a project. That factor is the main reason people take action. Another factor is that the "bad" things they think can happen have a low chance of happening. The higher the chance of having "bad" results, the riskier the action becomes and the less likely they will take it. Their assessment of these 2 characteristics are the main things that determine whether they take action or not. So now your 3rd step is accepting the worst possible outcome. The key part about that is that when one fully does that, the aspect ofin the possibility of having the bad things that could happen lose its power. That aspect becomes meaningless and as a result, anything above that becomes good! Accepting the worst means that you have so much gain from taking the action and having nothing to lose, because what you have to lose means nothing anymore. Losing an opportunity, money, or whatever stops having an effect on you that would really cause you to lose what's important: your self-esteem, self-love, confidence, and so on. Well, in the end people will usually not be able to have "nothing to lose." Failing will still hurt like it naturally does, but by following your method, the pain that would be produced is lessened by a lot. To conclude this simple 6 minute video taught me a lot. I will definitely apply this technique towards overcoming my fear of giving a lecture in the cool chill Hispanic style here in Puerto Rico. I will have to do it in Spanish and after living in the US for 14 years of my life, Spanish stopped being my primary language and needs some work. My worst fear (the worst possible outcome) that could happen in giving a the lecture in Spanish is losing my train of thought, and then having my anxiety freeze up my brain causing me to become unable to finish the lecture, causing an abrupt finish and humiliating myself in front of all my peers. The chances of that happening are slim, and even if that were to happen, upon coming to grips and really being able to identify the worst possible outcome, I've been able to eliminate that fear of rejection. Before identifying the worst, I assumed that I'd lose friends' love, the group's support, and I'd become an outcast. But really that would never happen as even if I fall, the fact that their genuine people and genuine Catholics, their unconditional support would never waver. I thank you Mr. Tracy for this wonderful insight and I know when the time comes, I'll ready to give an amazing presentation.

What could I share with others about my experience when going through "the worst". .....keep in mind, there is truly no such thing as failure, you either get it right or you learn....PERIOD!!!!

Priscila Pini Zenatti I can definitely believe that. It's also the most common fear when it comes to learning a new language. Here in Puerto Rico, everyone has varying levels of knowing English. And of the many friends I have, those who know how to speak English less are afraid of speaking it due to how bad they think they'll sound. But not practicing limits their ability to learn the language. It's sad really. They would really benefit from this technique. So you Priscila (beautiful name btw) can definitely get really good at English. Even if you sound "bad" (never as bad as we really do since we are our worst critics), people will actually be impressed. They will actually appreciate your attempt at speaking their language. It's amazing actually how nice people are when it comes to foreigners trying to learn a new culture and language. They get a feeling of pride (there's another word that fits better but I don't remember what it is) that someone new is really interested in understanding their language. If you mess up, they might laugh a bit, but it's not to make fun. It would be because of something funny you said in your pronunciation or grammar. Ask them and they'll correct you and you can laugh together. 99% will not make fun of you being inexperienced with the language. That fear that people would is just in our heads. It's completely false. Those people would support and welcome you with open arms. So you don't even have to follow Tracy's technique when it comes to this. There's really no worst case scenario. There's nothing bad that can come out of speaking your new language. Well only if you encounter those few snotty people who have problems in their lives that you can just shrug off and move on since their opinions won't mean anything to you. So speak English to your heart's content! I know you can do it!
