Yeah they look like cheap cycle helmets, not sure if you've seen the rangers helmets in Black Hawk Down, think the same as that. Petzl do the vertex which is good, Fixe and Edelrid do some decent kit and the Apex EXO are all pretty standard now and breathable on a stinking hot day and they're light weight to boot and have high impact ratings to save the old walnut from getting cracked.

For everyone talking about how he spreads funny he uses a lesser used technique we call dip and and stick and though it may seem funny when it’s done properly it can be faster then how we all do it. It’s far more ergonomic. You aren’t wasting any time or movements. You’re not walking twenty feet of wall spreading mud just to walk twenty feet back and start laying. The more you know

@@mrticketmaster fair play, you obviously know your stuff, from my experience no one that chucks out 500 houses a year produces quality brickwork but let’s imagine you do. But the idea that your team of however many men produces constant higher quality work than 3 men with 58 years of experience between them and a very good reputation that I can’t begin to divulge and what’s your assumptions based on? Your experience with local builders that are clearly nothing like us. I’ve been on sites and saw the states first hand you may be different but I’d bet money your standards are lower than our no matter how successful you believe you are. 1 last thing I dare bet your men are on price work.
