How to create a Visitor Account in Windows 10
Windows 10 guest account lets other people use your computer without them being able to install apps or hardware devices, change account type, access libraries or access your private files. So in a nutshell they can't change PC settings. This is great if you have to share your computer temporarily with a friend or family. The problem is with setting up a guest account in Windows 10 is that there is a major bug or it has been disabled by Microsoft, so here is a workaround you can use.
1. Type the following command and then click Enter:
net user Visitor /add /active:yes
2. To delete type the following and then click Enter:
net user Visitor /delete

This is good; thanks very much. Just FYI, after watching this video I enabled the Guest account and to see what happens and when I clicked to log on to it I got a black screen (not the sign in screen for any account). I needed to press the computer's reset button to recover from this!! I am using build 10586.420 (1511) of Pro.

Deleting a user account through Control Panel > Users, ask to delete or keeps files. Is the Visitor accounts profile folder still present if deleted in Computer Management or via Command prompt?

It will work until Microsoft fix issue or maybe they are not going to fix it...who knows.

This is a really long story, it begins when my PC got a virus known as Cerber which is basically ransom ware all my files were encrypted and then later the virus asked for $500 to regain my files and gave me only a week to submit money. Almost every single thing was encrypted and after some research i found out that there wasn't really any way for me to get those files back. So... i decided to just reinstall a completely clean version of Windows bcz i didn't have any files that were essential, all of them were just games. Previously my PC was on Windows 10 but i reinstalled it to windows 7. Apparently i lost all my drivers and the computer was not able to recognize ethernet. I did have a file with all the drivers but it got corrupted aswell so i had to delete it. I am now stuck with a PC that seems to be working fine but not able to connect to the internet which seems to be the only way of regaining my drivers and updating back to Windows 10.
