In this episode Jamie gets stuck in to pastas and salads, three diverse dishes all in under half an hour: an orecchiette-broccoli combo, a courgette, chilli and mint salad, and finally a deliciously sweet and savoury prosciutto and melon dish.

My stomach is jumping, all looks so delicious !! and the little trick with the parmesan rind is what my mother did (i remember now¨) but the biggest interest for my gusto is the salad recipe- - i must try this ! 🤩

I got my hands on a cookbook from 1900 composed only of vegetable pasta. The very best one was a buckwheat pasta with refried vegies such as carrot,cabbage and potato. Topped with genuine pecorino Romano cheese the flavour is out of this world.

I make something like the broccoli dish, but instead of plain pasta, I use cheese ravioli, butter and evoo, sometimes toasted pine nuts too ( walnuts if I can't find/afford pine nuts)

You should cut your broccoli about 40min before cooking. If you want Sulforaphane wich is a super nutrient.

That's not his job... He's a chef/cook, he creates recipes and teaches them to the consumer. It's up to the consumer to pick meals within their skill/budget
