holy crap! i was half way through this video and relised that i actully own this bike right now!! i bought it last monday!!

there is also something else you can do in the muffler. when you remove the cap and the baffle there is another cap. take it out and turn it around, then re install it. It opens the exhaust up a lot. trade off is it is a lot louder and may be a little too loud for the road.

Hiya mate. I only recently discovered that the RMX 450 actually existed! There weren't many exported to the U.K & there's not many for sale but I like the idea of owning a rare diamond In the rough & kicking the arse of the expensive overpriced orange brigade with what they view as an underdog bike. I have a some questions though: 1: Does the RMX come with a radiator cooling fan as standard & if not have you installed one? 2: By drilling extra holes in the airbox & affecting the petrol/ air mixture, surely it would run very lean, so did you have to change out the ECU or do a re-map? 3: I've noticed some RMX 450's had a grey push button ignition & others had a barrell & key. Do you know what years had the button & what years had the key? 4: For the button ignition can you kill the engine with the button (So not to forget leaving it on & draining battery) or do you have to press the kill switch everytime? Love the bike & I am definitely getting one when I see one not too far away. I have a Honda XL500R thumper & a CR250 (alloy frame) stroker so this would be a perfect alternative. totaly agree when i bought my 2016 it was in 2017 i got the 6 day package for the same reduced price the other dealer wanted for the standard 350 i might add that the best thing for my new bike was full armor befor the first ride it wasnt cheap but spring ahead to now and i still havent broke anything!!!!!!

hi, is the cherry bomb of the quad ltr 450 compatible with the rmx 450?
