Such a difficult situation to go through, Cynic. Your Mother is, well your Mama. It's that simple, isn't it. She has known you the longest in this world and loved you like no other. As a daughter, I know how excruciating it is to watch our parents go through such trying and difficult times. To witness someone you love suffer is life altering. As a mother of three, please know that our children are our joy and life. You being there for her will mean everything. And please, please, please take care as well. I hope you have someone who can be there and care for you, too.

I’m so sorry Cynic. Very brave to address these things head on and openly as it removes it’s power and people can understand you’re reality and send you their best thoughts. I always have to remind myself when in pain that nobody around me can read my mind. I truly hope it all goes well and you find a strength in producing such good content and having the community here who appreciate it and you. All the best.

Love how Loki can suddenly lift buildings with his mind like Jean Grey and now time-slides like Cable *without any explanation* and literally no one bats a fucking eye. He's the God of Mischief, not a fucking X-Man. He makes illusions and projections, he has never had spontaneous telekinesis and his time-meddling mostly dealt with reincarnations, magic, faustian deals and general mischief, not a plot contrivance to push a story. The bullshit everyone is mad about with Super Skrull is what I've been bitching about since Phase 4 started. 😂

Ms Marvel was not better than Wandavision. Ms Marvel was boring and made no impact whereas WandaVision was something new and fun and had brilliant dramatic performances in it and made a huge impact on Marvel and on the characters of Wanda & Vision. (you can probably guess that I am a big fan of Wanda and WandaVision lol)

Regarding the casting in Shang-Chi. Back in the 70's I was a huge Shang-Chi fan, and the guy in the movie is NOT Shang-Chi! If you look at the cover of Shang-Chi Dark Encounters, he looks like Bruce Lee, almost a copy of Bruce.

I returned home and got to apply my medical skills to make what turned out to be my Dad's last year a little less painful dying from cancer. He had it for a while but didn't tell us. The visiting nurses were uncaring butchers... If I had to do it all over again, I would get help dealing with what I went through asap. Even if it's some type of Pro Bono group of ppl going through the same loss of a loved one at a church, or YMCA for that matter. If you don't process it, or use distraction like work, it will come out in ways that will surprise you and with the least control. Consider your "normal" friends are not for that purpose. It's too heavy.

Yeeeeah…Megageek just babbles , spouts total nonesense, horrible takes, crap subjective gobbledygook until he waffles enough then just says ‘ so there you go’ or ‘let’s face it’ thinking he nailed the talking points….but 99% of the time just talks utter sh*t. He’s incredibly unintelligent in how he comes across.

Yep, it’s always bad timing, but Cynic hast to take care of his family first. That was one reason I was glad they created this separate channel because by the time I checked everybody’s multiple channels on Mondays, and then Tuesday in case they had to edit some thing could be a while. Heck, I missed this one. I was just thinking yeah it’s been over three months since a regular one and like two months since the Holloween review and I just happen to come here and go on a walk and it’s a month old.

I used to be very nostalgic towards H20 because it was the first Halloween I saw in theaters. Now, I find myself being bored out of my mind while watching H20. The masks are terrible, the music was largely recycled from Scream, the cinematography is dull with a lot of flat lighting, and Michael looks like an absolute goofball. None of it is even remotely scary or tense. I did however like the ending. Unfortunately Halloween Resurrection happened 😑

In all seriousness….Craig has a weirdly distractingly old man ugly face in all the bond movies. Weird resting lip face. He was mildly inoffensive in CR, but when he has a neutral expression…he’s just got a strange face….as bond

God of War Ragnarok was annoying. Whole sections of "climbing" (hold joystick in direction of yellow paint and press "jump" a few times to pretend there is gameplay) just so we can get the shitload of exposition in. The worst offender was climbing the wall of Valhalla. It was half an eternity of button holding with some minor fights sprinkled in between to keep people from ditching it.

yeah the "climbing" in most modern games is a meme and a waste of time. It's just a quick time event without time limit, zero skill involved as you auto-snap on to "climb points" and can't even jump if you are not locked on already. Wow. Such fun. Very game
