the reason why they seem a little “distant” or “awkward” here is because this is sort of an unnatural setting for them lol. all the members’ BE-hind interviews were like that, because when you spend so much time casually with people you’re close with it’s hard putting yourself in a professional mode where you have to ask serious questions and act like you don’t know the answers😅

They were all kind of awkward in the interviews. It’s like trying to have a serious convo with your sibling. All of them took some time to get into the flow of the interview

Suga is extremely introverted and hates direct eye contact. There are some video clips where members(Jin, Jimin, Hobi & V) commented on Suga not liking to make eye contact. RM & Suga have been together the longest in the group. They have mad respect for each other.

They gave Suga tangerines, his favourite fruit, to set a good mood.

RM is showing a lot of Korean deferential manners to his Hyung (older bro), not staring or facing the body directly, letting the more reserved Yoongi set the tone, trying to chime in more than lead. He glances to the side to make eye contact, but Yoongi still stays facing forward casually, reserved body language, eyes forward while talking. If you watch Korean dramas, you’ll pick up on some more of these age and rank based body cues and manners.

These two are the more emotionally "distant" ones in the group. they express their love through actions, through service, but they're not explicit and emotional about it. In The Soop is a good example. Yoongi will cook for the members constantly, cut up fruits for them, fix up little snacks for them when they game; those are actions that come from a place of pure love, but he's not going to be the one walking around, explicitly telling the members what they mean to him. Same with Namjoon. His way of caring for the members is doing his absolute best for the team in a professional capacity and listening to the members when they need to vent or when they need advice, but he won't walk around saying "I love you" the way some other members might. AND they're the more "serious" members in the group, especially when they're together. Things like this make you realize why they depend on Hoseok and Jimin the way they do.

As Suga will OFTEN say, they have lived together the longest and worked together that whole time

about the members having a different kind of respect for Yoongi, I think it's not only because he has lots of experience when it comes to music but also because of how he has different experiences in life at such a young age, the things he'd gone through even before he became a trainee forces him to be mature and is also something one can really respect...

I was hoping that you would react to the Be-hind interviews. RM’s interview by Jimin is fascinating. The amazing, creative mind of Namjoon is just so interesting to witness.

Interactions between yoongi n namjoon just oozes respect, love and care. They have been together the longest, started their careers with each other. I just adore their relationship.

RM knows the members well. And he knows how extremely different they are, individually. RM is a great communicator.

Namjoon usually behaves like this with yoongi. It's not awkward or anything. Namjoon has really different dyanamics with each members. I especially like Jin and RM dynamic the most. Actually namjoon really follows these Korean mannerisms. When jin is giving him something he'll take it with one hand while touching the elbow with the other hand.(idk if you understand it's hard to explain). Often times he also calls jin and suga as hyungnim(very formal) rather than hyung. he also rarely says hyungie(informal). If you observe him you'll see these mannerisms on a daily basis of his. sorry English is not my first language.

You are so right about respect, in 2021 Festa, the keyword was respect, RM's answer was Suga, Suga's answer was RM. And also they made a song together called Respect.

it's not 'not wanna be charmed or lack of sencerity '...it's more like Yoongi isn't good at taking compliments. he is always shy in this matter. Also, Namjoon genuinely admires & respects Yoongi a lot.

Regarding them listening to the guide track, I think the way they listen to music can be different. Yoongi does get into feeling the music like Namjoon was, but I also think he is critically listening a lot as well. Being both a musician and an engineer for so long, I think either or both sides of his brain activate at a different level. I have the same background and sometimes I just want to bop. Other times, I realize I’m staring off into space dissecting the gating, delays, voicing and chord placements. Probably very similar to the way you break down communication between people.

Namjoon and Yoongi are very close i think behind the scenes, but both are more serious members and especially with each other, I think they highly respect the others musical talents. Both can be a bit stitled when the conversation is forced.

Another part you may not know about is the Korean culture angle. You don't really look your elders directly in the eyes and while Namjoon and Yoongi are friends almost family, NJ can't erase that part. He still has to show his respect for his hyung while also trying to maintain their closeness and his leader persona. This is a very weird balancing act they have to do. With Jin, it would have been easier. Not that Jin wouldn't need his respect as well being an elder but because Jin knows how to make a situation that could be uncomfortable easier to handle. Also Yoongi sometimes isn't the most talkative person, so if he was having one of those days it would lean on NJ to try and pull more out of him than YG might be feeling that day.

"yoongi doesn't need to be charmed" shows the best in his dynamic with jimin, the biggest flirt out there 😂 bts content is not bts content without yoonmin bickering, it's their love language

Yoongi is pretty introverted, so it doesn't surprise me that his interaction with RM started out a bit awkward. But Namjoon did a great job getting Yoongi to open up. Also you're spot on about Yoongi being one of the more respected members in the group. Both the members and the fandom respect Yoongi for his producing skills and RM for his beautiful lyrics.

I am not sure, but, considering how much Yoongi values public recognition, winning awards, and how he calls himself a genius and such... I am inclined to assume Yoongi probably does appreciate compliments and praise, a lot... At least, reputation and admiration from others... However, he seems to be one of those people who simply can not take direct compliments... Who doesn't know how to respond to them... Hobi, surprisingly, is also a little bit like this, but not as much. I am like this too, actually, but even more with presents... When someone gives me a material gift, I often can't even say "thank you" immediately or enthousiastically, which is a shame... But, I just get kinda overwhelmed/emotional, thinking "why are you being so generous with me?", it makes me really bashful, almost paralized (and I am not a shy person)... I am not sure where does that come from, but it happens to me a lot. Specially with family members. Also, Namjoon and Yoongi's one on one conversations usually have this palpable awkwardness... I am not sure what does it mean, but it's not distrust or dislike... They know each other well and have deep admiration/respect for each other... I believe it has to do with the difference on their personalities. Because Yoongi is someone who needs personal space, who is laid back, calm and realistic; but Namjoon is more candid, with wide-eyed enthousiasm, has more energy, and is more idealistic. It's as if their personalities are waves in different frequencies. Or maybe they just get shy around each other, idk. Then again, Yoongi in general tends to need time to relax/soften up with intimate or even playful situations, it's as if he needs to get out of his shell every conversation... But, eventually he gets more and more talkative and starts making jokes and bringing up random trivia facts haha. That's how it usually goes. Namjoon, in contrast, has a much faster and direct pace.

Tbh..RM handles English interviews very well and Suga handles tricky Korean interview questions very well...According to me, RM is kinda main spokesperson for English interviews and Suga for Korean interviews...

Something to consider when watching these interviews max is that I think they were influenced a little bit too by Korean MC culture. By which I mean in Korea there’s a lot of variety shows and interview shows that idols go on and they have these emcees that become cultural icons themselves. Kind of like Ryan Seacrest or Andy Cohen or Anderson Cooper or Barbara walters I guess but more relatable and respectable. You can really see it in Tae’s interview because he’s kind of inhabiting that MC persona and I think they even call him on it (and tell him how good he is at it). So they’re not really addressing each other here as brothers but more on a professional interview level but it’s awkward because at the same time they’ve been living with each other for over a decade so they can’t help but fall into some natural relationship habits especially when starting to talk about music. Maybe think of it as if James Lipton had to interview a family member I guess.

Yoongi is the type of guy that feels the most comfortable off-camera, so even though he's extremely close to Namjoon, when they are in these types of staged interviews he's wayy more reserved. Him and Joon are known to have deep talks in private, even Yoongi has said they have cried together in the studio in their early years, so their bond is truly strong. I guess the vibe of this interview is similar to the awkward vibe one would feel if you were recording an interview with a close sibling. (+ All of the members and Yoongi himself have addressed his trouble with eye contact, Jimin/Jungkook teasing him when he doesn't look at them during choreos. Its endearing to all of them and they are used to it. It's just part of his reserved/shy nature.)

This is one of the million reasons why Namjoon is my bias he's so kind, he's good at listening, he brings up other people's talents, he's one of my role models, a person who maybe made many mistakes but that make they grow up ❤ my fav member from far

RM &SUGA's relationship is so natural it might not show here but they're really close that when they're having interviews yd always see them compliment each other. I think the reason why it doesn't show in here is because they're trying to be professional. &RM is a bit respectful towards SUGA as the youngest between the two. also SUGA isn't the type to make eye contact it's a known fact but so is RM he isn't affectionate. If you watch the BE-behind of all members you'll see how all of them acted awkwardly at first. I think it's just that the atmosphere wasn't that of what they're used to.

This series of interviews were slightly awkward in an endearing way because the members were trying so hard to be all professional and distant like "real interviewers", but it was a bit like when you're avoiding eye contact with a friend in the presence of an authority figure so both of you don't burst out laughing. Regardless, both Joonie and Yoongi did a great job.

I feel like Joon knows Yoongi so well, and vice-versa, that they're very comfortable talking to each other and know how to treat each other and you can feel the love and respect. It just feels like family even if it can be a little weird cause they know they're in front of a camera, but I guess they're kinda used to it ? I know many people have mentioned this now, but Yoongi and Namjoon have known each other (now) for almost 12 years, starting from when they were both brash teenage underground rappers wanting to prove themselves in this new idol world. There are probably a lot of factors to take into account regarding their dynamic: the fact that Yoongi is older but Namjoon is the leader, Namjoon is known for his lyricism while Yoongi is a world-renowned producer, etc etc. And I completely agree that everyone seeks validation from Yoongi given his authenticity, but I feel like this is especially true for Namjoon, who I think looks up to Yoongi for his hip hop and music pedigree as well. There's also the fact that (as you mentioned ~17:00) we're not seeing "cool guy RM" - which in reality is what we see because he often has to be the face and voice of BTS - but I think Yoongi forces Namjoon to come out from behind his public charismatic persona and show his vulnerable and un-airbrushed self in all its awkward glory. All the members have very different and interesting dynamics between them, and it's very fascinating to watch how they all coalesce into this incredible family! Thanks for the reaction :)

Now we know why they made Namjoon interviews Yoongi... Namjoon is the one with skills to take good answers from Yoongi. My favorite of this series is the one the V interviews J-Hope. It's wonderful!

You know in an interview with Jackson Wang, he said that he calls Namjoon up sometimes to vent about a problem. He’ll talk himself out and then Namjoon will in the end summarise it and give him advice. You should watch that snippet of Jackson talking about Joon, it’s interesting……

hidden jealousy of rm to suga for all these years lol well, suga's knowledge on music production is another level compared to other members so everyone in the industry admires/recognizes him and his passion. he's a professional producer with knowledge of a music college professor but still he's so humble

I think you’d find the dynamic between the Maknaes (Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook) and Yoongi really interesting. He really pays attention to their needs. As he does for all the members. Awesome reactions! Thank you for the content!

i feel like namjoon and yoongi are particularly very comfortable w each other, but maybe namjoon was more aware of the time limit and the questions he had to go through w yoongi; cause he seemed a little on edge at times. but theirs is another favourite dynamic of mine. they have so much respect for each other; yoongi never misses to mention how great of a leader namjoon is, while namjoon rlly looks up to yoongi's work ethic and his talent in music composition/ production. unironically, they have a joint track called "respect", which was included in their "map of the soul: 7" album

RM very humble and respectful with two oldest hyungs Jin and Suga, J-Hope is older too, but he born in same year with RM.

They are colleagues but also we’re in the trenches together and I love hearing Namjoon dropping Hyung when he addresses Yoongi. They don’t put it in the translation but him saying , Big Brother, there is so much warmth and respect in that word.

Your analysis is interesting. After watching BTS members for a very long time, we may have a bit of a different outlook and reasoning, but the one thing I can agree with you…. From the beginning, Suga is the first performer to stand out in BTS with performance, personality, stage clothes and humor. RM showed leadership, Suga showed showmanship, and each member, (and we the fans), have fallen and stayed under his influence. Suga is talented, knowledgeable and kind. He has done so much giving, that people don't know about, and he truly cares for each member. Each member has experienced a closeness (for a time) with Suga, and Suga has been the one to receive the most praise from each of the members. I’m not sure if Suga truly understand the influence and admiration he has had on “others”.

Rm and yoongi have so much respect for each other. Is nice to see

Lol Suga’s almost never in an eye contact mood

SUGA has said that his own mum is very sarcastic with him (famously calling him a steamed dumpling when he called to ask her how his first tv interview was 😅) and his dad wasn’t very verbal but showed love through actions, so I assume that SUGA is uncomfy with verbal affection or too many compliments and overt admiration because the whole family is quite low key and humble.

Thing is if you watch, it looks like RM is reading cues and reminders of the questions where his eyeline is, probably a reason he is looking past Suga in that direction.

I have noticed you go back and forward from calling him Namjoon to RM and its quite funny, it reminds me of when i started to know them and started to feel close to them in a way like they were my friends so i went from stage name to real name and finally nicknames. Love your commentary and i don´t know where are you right now but i hope you enjoyed your stay in my country (Costa Rica)

Yoongi doesn't like making eye contact😂. And as close as yoongi and namjoon are(they've been together the longest), they are a bit awkward sometimes. If you haven't seen their interactions, one might think they are not close. But they have a huge form of love for each other, and that's respect

That part when they payed the demo, I think it was less about Yoongi not getting into the music than him being critical and analytical about it. I'm no musician, but I am a writer. So when I read things, whether it be my own writing or someone else's, I do one of two things. One, I loose myself in the story/text/ect and just absorb everything in. Two, I literally pause at every sentence or paragraph and begin to dissect and go through each and every part of the text. Wording, sentence structure, characters, setting, description, punctuation- you name it, and I'll be thinking about it and comparing it to other pieces that I've read in the past or thinking about how I can implement the same thing into my own writing. So although I'm just guessing here, knowing and having followed BTS and Yoongi for as long as I have, I feel like he was in that more serious mindset when listening to the demo. You saw how he began talking about all those different aspects of the song, like it being raised a few keys because the original key was too low (I think), right? Anyway, this is just what I think. Of course, there is no way to actually know, but from an artist to an artist, this is what I felt when watching the video. Which, by the way, was great! Thanks for putting your time into doing these videos! Next time, I'd love to see you react to the other BE-hind interviews! Each has something great to offer and some really cool insight about the album and the members.

they all are masters in communication. It comes with many years in the industry, building up experience, dealing with different types of people

Namjoon is always hard on himself. Namjoon also do not like or i think feels awkward whenever members compliment him he quickly changes the topic for ex says "Yoongi is a great producer too"😀 Joon n Suga are real dudes. They are also similar in so many ways. Suga himself said that too. both started as underground rappers. Both started making music at age of 12-13. They work hard n do not expect any credit or compliment for the work they do. Can u react to Namgi (Namjoon Yoongi 😀)moments. You will get to see more of their relationship with eo. They both respect each other a lot n keep mentioning it from time to time. They both have lived together for the longest time in BTS.

They all have their strong and weak points but they help each other out. He's trying to keep him interested in the interview

Yoongi can't do eye contact no matter what, the members always tease him for that so I'm guessing namjoon was not expecting it during this interview. Also Joon and yoongi are very close especially with work so you see they are a bit more free when speaking about music and when it doesn't feel so forced.

I think you couldn't catch that Namjoon calling Yoongi is Hyung. Hyung mean is older brother. Because Yoongi is old than Namjoon. Korean culture is must respect old people. That matters is just one year old different. Other reason Namjoon respect him that Yoongi has been composing music since 13 years old. They have been knowing each other longer than other BTS members.

While they were trainees Namjoon and Yoongi would butt heads often so they fight using pillows and towels instead of fists, according to trainees that left the group. Sin (Suga/Jin) didn't get close to the trainees, but the rest of the group cried when they left them because they weren't chosen.

it’s just a guess, but knowing how close they are, having such similar experiences individually and as a group, that it’s almost similar to interviewing oneself…. ? like talking to someone whom you both already have an idea what the answer is…..and that can be a bit awkward -- it’s like interviewing your brother or sister and if in that same situation I might just find myself a bit awkward also 😅❤️

namjoon has that relaxed, confident, in-charge aura and he knows how to present himself flawlessly, but he's a lot more nervous, anxious and uncertain that people initially realize. among the two of them, yoongi is the one who's more "carefree" in the sense that he doesn't try to control and master everything to perfection. yoongi flows with life and lets it carry him places. that's probably what you were sensing from namjoon in the beginning there.

RM art the beginning was focused on 2 things: -to smoothen the transition between the question -to taste that food on the table

It may be because suga is older than RM and age has a cultural significance in regards to behaviour in Korea and he may be more aware of this especially paired with Suga’s personality traits

Namjoon and Yoongi are extremely close, they were the first members to join BTS. Tbh, all the members were kinda awkward on those interviews. It’s like someone said here in the comments, it’s like trying to have a serious conversation with your best friend. Actually Yoongi has a hard time keeping eye contact, all the members have already mentioned it in the past, so he rarely keeps it. Even with them he has a hard time keeping the eye contact, even tho how close they are, it’s just his personality. I think the fact he has ADHD also plays a part here.

Suga has never been comfortable making looking people in the eye. The other member joke about how he'll stare at your ear shoulder hair when talking to you

Max I think you should try watching some of Namjoon's (and the other members') vlives. Namjoon is admirable and incredible in so many ways, and you realize that, but I think you've only ever seen "cool, calm, relaxed" Namjoon, so he threw you off a little bit here. Namjoon's very cerebral, and that means he's a lot more "all over the place" that you realize. I love love LOVE that you have this deep admiration for him, but I think you haven't completely understood that all the "coolness" doesn't come to him as naturally as you might assume. once you see that and realize it, it just deepens the respect you have for namjoon tenfold because it makes you realize how hard he's worked on being the perfect leader, for the team as a whole and for each member individually.

I'd LOVE to see you react to all of these interviews. I was actually really amazed at the interview where Jimin interviewed RM....the amount of respect they have for each other is just awesome, and it truly shows there. But every interview was fascinating.

there's something you are missing out here, and its that when namjoon is complimenting him about songwriting, the songs in questions are songs that were rejected. so namjoon is impressed that yoongi is prolific and the songs were good enough to run the final phases and be actual contenders for title track and such. but yoongi is thinking, "what does it matter if they were so good, in the end they got rejected". if you get what i mean, even though namjoon is trying to praise him, it backfires cause yoongi was disappointed they werent chosen. now we know, it was also the last chance to get a tt prod suga too. is not only about hyung-dongsaeng relationship like some comments say

I love what you bring to the table with these communication Skills Analysis. Of course with BTS everything is always done in a "controlled" pre-established environment with a specific concept and guide line to follow that may limit spontaneous behaviors but since they've been accustomed to that from the beginning it might have become their natural habitat with their natural "controlled" behavior. I know Taehyung talked recently about the necessity to grasp and understand what he is as a person, the personal person Taehyung and V the member of BTS. Some may say V is strickly a persona but is it totally? And if someone is constantly in front of cameras what does it do to the person? Can we know them by watching them interact? I feel sometimes yes and other times no. I can't forget when Namjoon said that he was the most hypocrite of them all, I always think he was referring to the fact that as the leader he must keep the persona up more then the others (ref his song Persona on MOTS7) All of this is confusing but highly interesting 🤔 and your approach is a tool to "maybe" get a glimpse of them. namjoon and yoongi are very good friends, they always talk about how they talk about everything together and they're super mature. but they are just so bad at being honest with one another, because both of them are super bad at taking compliments, and since they respect each other so much, and have been together for so long, taking compliments from each other is even more difficult. it's a very funny relationship to be honest.

I feel like RM is very much the type to reflect your energy back at you, or to vibe with you on your level. He tends to be a little bit more reserved and serious with Suga, but with J-hope or the younger three, he can be very goofy and playful and even a little bit more affectionate. He also tends to be very paternal towards the younger three, and usually goes along with whatever is playing out.

If u see suga now in his own show suwitcha (idk how to write it 😂 the other members u can see how comfortable he is and they have a great conversation. I think in the last years suga grew so much more on communicating and opening up. His "love language" is acts of service like cookign for the members giving his food to them, helping them with their music or also go fishing with them even if be doesnt enjoys it as much he still goes with jin. He's expresses a lot oj his music. If we listen to the amygdala, u can really hear how deep it is and how much thoyvht he put into it . He often sais he feels liek the father of the group and u can see that (in the interview in his show with jk) he said when jk was younger he ate so much (suga alsways had was rhe one in charge if the moenye for the groceries for the members) that he know lnows how a ftaher feels feeding his kids. He also love thoughtful gifts, he still has rhe once he gave to them members . Everything what u said about Rm is just why he's the perfect leader of the group even though he's not the oldest, hes so mature in his role and also really grew with it he stilk always had the repsect of jin and suage being older when he sais smth as the leader its getting done . But he still goes for advice to the older members and still gives them the older brother respect

Now BTS is invited to the White House and we’ll see them interacting with the President and possibly give a speech. I can’t wait!

I'm glad you reacted to this one, i find all the be-hind interviews interesting and worth watching/reacting to , i hope you do V's be-hind with SUGA next .. i think you'll see a slightly different side from both of them .. we always say "yoongi can't say NO to tae" as a joke because he seems softer with him (all the younger members tbh) but i hope we get to see you analyzing their dynamic side note: both V & Suga are very different and disagree with each other a lot according to the other members, but they worked on it and us by following them through the years were able to see it

This is great! I would love to see you react to the full BE-hind interview series! It's so interesting to see the guys interviewing each other and there is such insightful stuff in each one. I do think in each interview you can sense a little bit of awkwardness at the start just because it is a contrived situation instead of the natural interaction they are used to. But it fades as they talk, and as they relax they open up so beautifully. 💜

I don't feel like Yoongi was particularly distant, just chill. This is just a few months since he had the shoulder surgery that fixed an issue he's been suffering with since before debut, and he's got that beautiful plate of tangerines on the table right in front of him. Between the release of D-2, BE, and his surgery, I just feel like he's been happier and more laid-back that he's ever been. I think what we're seeing is just "contented Yoonkitty." (Also, the ENTIRE interview, I could almost hear Yoongi's brain going, "Wonder if anyone would notice if I snuck another tangerine...?")

Your comment on summarizing what someone said into a sentence really got me cause I realized that I did that without knowing the impact it had on the person I was talking to I only felt I had to summarize like that to give the person another feel to their story

it's important for u to keep in mind that yoongi is really shy and introverted i think it will change your perspective on a lot of his behaviors and actions

Those 2 respect each other so much, but I think they also fought alot especially in the beginning of bts. Some fights have been mentioned, but nowadays Suga is saying alot that RM is the best leader. But eyecontact between the two is often been hard. I can recognise myself in Suga it is OK to be in the centre of attention if I can control it myself and I feel confident. but when other put a light on me or to try to see "through" me I get uncomfortable. I think in a way the other members are very good at "teasing" Suga to a reaction. I allways found this relationship interesting (between RM og Suga), but also between V and Suga. In that relationship Suga has worked actively to understand each other better, he used actually holding hands with V if they disagreed. Suga interviews V in the BE interviews...

It's interesting to see how the interviewers decided to go about doing this task. Some are more awkward than others. But all took some time to ease into their roles as interviewer and interviewee. I love that the members are all a fan of each other and respect each other for the specific skills they bring to the group. Yoongi primarily for his producing and songwriting. Namjoon for his leadership and lyricism (and he really helps the younger ones writing their songs). Hobi for his role as the dance leader. Other members also seek his praise and compliment, and express this wish repeatedly. The members contributed to specific songs in this album, so in their interviews, they would talk about these songs the most. Unfortunately, it's been a while since I watched these interviews, so I don't remember all the content, but I remember Taehyung talked specifically abut "Blue & Grey", Hobi talked about "Dis-ease", so it might be a good idea to listen to these songs and read the lyrics before watching the interviews.

It’ actually a running joke in the fandom that they can never make eye contact. As people have said they have lived together the longest and know each other very well. Something else to keep in mind is that Namjoon tends to be deferential to Jin and Yoongi b/c they’re older than him, he often calls Jin hyung-nim, the “nim” is a huge sign of respect and it’s not translated but he calls Yoongi that here as well once or twice.

This is how namjoon and yoongi interact usually. That's just the way they are normally. Although they have such strong feelings and respect towards one another, it's hard for them to show it to each other, they're just so funny! 😁 I think after they have lots of serious talks within the group that resulting in their second chapter, yoongi express more of his true feelings about namjoon. In every occasion he will say and remind everyone that namjoon is a great leader. I think that many group's conversations helped them to be more open with one another. I just love how healthy their relationship is.

i feel like you'd learn more about them honestly through some funny videos. You get to see different sides to their personality and i fell like it helps complete the puzzle on how they all fit together and how their mood changes in certain situations

I remember when Max called them by their stage names. Now Yoongi and Namjoon just come naturally to him

I love that you did this BE-hind story of Yoongi and Namjoon, I hope you do all the other interviews too. Yoongi and Namjoon are the most reserved of the seven and the least emotionally demonstrative, but they always help the members when they need it. Also, in the case of Yoongi, prepare food and snacks for Hobi and Jimin just because he wanted too, or run in the rain to get his equipment to record the others singing the song, that later became the intro of In The Soop.

I think Namjoon knows Yoongi is not easy to work with for these things because he does't play for the camera, so he needs to be the one bringing up the energy for the interview and at the beginning he was a bit awkward because he was testing Yoongi's reactions which were non-existed as it often happens 🤭 But the switch happened when Yoongi started showing some reactions, started to smile, so Joon relaxed too. Also, yes, Namjoon is very hard on himself. He often says when he is on vacation he can't fully relax because he feels like he should be working on something.

Thank you so much for another great reaction and analysis. I have been wishing you would react to these interviews. I love the way you seem to get Yoongi. That's not always the case with reactors. But I guess that's exactly what you're very good at, observing and eventually understanding people and the nuances they bring. It's very interesting to watch and learn from. My favourite pairing to look at or more like I could spend hours watching them talk. One of my favourite things about them are their both very apparent and strong presences. Their humor together is also another favourite besides the serious stuff. When I think of camaraderie I think of them. 😔
